    ❤ Great videos! Knowledgeable and well presented. As a physical therapist, I highly recommend this series for better foot health. These exercises have improved my balance, chronic foot, hip and lower back pain. I use to wear orthotics because of my chronic plantar fasciitis, no more ! So happy ! 🎉 Thank you !

    Thanks! I followed along with two towels and it was great, my feet feel like I've used some muscles in them that haven't been used in years. I think I'll get a Solemate and do the balance drills at the gym while bobbling a ball against the wall.

    Thank you so much for posting. First seen with kneeovertoesguy, Ben Patrick, desperately looking to cure 18 month old plantar heel pain. Podiatrist has given me orthotics but still have persistent pain. I personally feel foot stretching and strengthening is my best hope of getting shot of this plantar heel pain. Your guidance and advice is so much appreciated. Thank you 🙂

    Is the toe stretch the same as squatting down on the toes?
