    I have been suffering from #herpes virus for over 7 years now, it was really hard on me and heartbreaking for me because the symptoms were very terrible and painful, i search for cure, went to different hospital but still no hope until a friend of mine introduce me to the great doctor oduntun from west Africa who helped her with some spiritual problem she was having then, i took the chance to contact the herbal doctor, he assured me that he will prepare his herbal medicine and deliver it to me through the ups delivery service and I will receive my package under 3 to 4 days, he said I will take the herbal medication for 21 days following the prescription and food diets which will be listed to me, i listened to everything he told me and purchased the herbal medicine having the fear that i might loose my money but to God be the glory everything went well, in a month time after some spiritual consultation which he did with his oracle, i went to the hospital for check up and my medical doctor confirmed it several times negative that there is no trace or sign of #herpes virus in my body, with happiness in my heart I give God all the thanks for leading me to this genuine herbal doctor oduntun, I and my family will keep on testifying for people to know the good he has done for me. for more information on how to reach Herbal Doctor Oduntun visit his Instagram page @herbalist_oduntun or contact him on email: herbalistoduntun@gmail.com , you can also communicate better with him on whats app using this number:+2349039463501. Friends believe me he also have the cure and treatment to diseases like : HIV/aids, cancer, chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetic, weak erection, low sperm count,asthma,hepatitis b and now his working on getting the prescription that can cure the recent covid-19 virus etc.... good lucks and god bless you.

    Great video! I do have one question though. I read once that bell peppers, being a nightshade, are bad for inflammation, especially for conditions such as ulcerative colitis. Is this true?

  • @HealthyGroceryGirl

    @HealthyGroceryGirl

    6 жыл бұрын

    For some individuals this may be true. However, nutrition is not one-size-fits-all so it can really vary and depends on the health status / condition of the individual. The best way to know what foods are best for someone specifically to eat is to meet with a Registered Dietitian :)

  • @Iceechibi

    @Iceechibi

    My husband loves bell peppers, but has the above condition you mentioned. If we eat bell peppers, he can’t eat any other food that are sensitizing to ulcerative colitis. So I limit to just using one type of vegetable like that as our veggie in our meals. Or else he will have a tore-up stomach for a couple hours. So he eats it but in limitation.

    Fruits are wonderful and contain vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. How much fruit you eat and what types just depends on your personal health needs :) The best way to know foods are best for your to eat based on your health needs is to meet with a Registered Dietitian. Personally when I was working to heal my gut health I ate low sugar fruits only for a period of time such as berries, green apples, kiwi etc.

Of course, some people who have a sensitive digestive system or IBS may find that these foods upset their stomach. Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all so definitely eat what works best for you! A plant-based dietitian touting the benefits of bone broth... 🙄

  • @HealthyGroceryGirl

    @HealthyGroceryGirl

    6 жыл бұрын

    As a Registered Dietitian it's my job to provide helpful options and take into consideration that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. Therefore, some individuals with gut health issues may choose to consume collagen and bone broth & find this tip helpful. For our viewers who are strictly vegan they can simply skip this dietary option. Personally I am plant-based but I am not vegan, there is a difference :)
