The Best Gut Loving Green Smoothie to Improve your Gut Health

A daily green smoothie is an easy way to increase your intake of fiber and transform your health from the inside out.
Improve your Gut Health!
Ingredients;
1-2 cups homemade almond milk
1/2 green apple
1 cup kale
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
Small handful of almonds with their skins on
1/4 avocado (optional)
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon homemade yogurt - dairy, coconut, nut milk

Love that you included what ingredients were anti inflammatory
This looks like a decent recipe to go off of. I think I'm going to swap the Almonds for walnuts, swap the apple for blueberries and raspberries, the Almond milk and chia seeds for oats and water, and the coconut yogurt for coconut milk and greek yogurt and give it a go.

Looks good - I'd remove the honey though to reduce the chance of an insulin spike, esp since there's a banana too.

Make sure you soak them overnight first to get rid of it's digestive inhibitors.
So yummy, just blended mine unfortunately I don't have Kale and chia seeds. Will get them and make it again 😋. Thanks for sharing

Love the recipe and everything and how well written down the recipe is unlike various other channels you make it very clear. But man with that said, the taste is not the best tasting smoothie out there lol 😂 😅 . But i switched out the avocado and i had tons of mint leaves with me so i decided to add that in instead. Good video tho its in my liked list
Please tell me KALE also has vitamin L and E.. That would be awesome

Once you go back to having these every morning, you really can't go back. Your body will be craving the nutrients all day and nothing will satisfy. If you work a laborious job but have gut problems, there is no replacement for these when you need nutrients to the face ASAP.
