🌳宋溪榴梿新村，除了当地居民首屈一指的传统客家板面“刀麻切”，原来也隐藏了一间住家式炒粉。这家炒粉坚持使用木材生火，一炒就炒了几十年！柴火炒出来的米粉面类特别香气逼人，村民从老远都闻到此香味，纷纷前来下单。由于门前只有一张餐桌，食客们大多数都是打包/外带回去享用。
🍝由于档主张太太过了中午12点才开档，我吃过了“刀麻切”，休息一会儿，再前来拍摄。当时天不作美，在我等待的当儿下起大雨。为了能够拍摄传统美食，再等多一个小时也值得。待雨势渐渐变小，我冒着微微细雨徒步走去这间小木屋，很荣幸能够亲眼目睹木材生火和铁锅预热的准备过程，小时候的回忆顿时涌上心头。
📌我不是美食家，不去点评食物，而是站在另一个角度去欣赏美食，感恩厨师的付出和辛劳，也敬佩传统美食业者的坚持。

🍝Fried mee or mee hoon is one of the most common dishes within the Chinese community in Malaysia. It replicates the “Wok Hei” technique in stir-frying, it refers to the characteristic smoky, aromatic, and slightly charred flavour that results from cooking food over extremely high heat in a hot wok. The noodles are normally fried with pork lard, clam, egg, and meat.
🌳In Kampung Baru Sungai Durian, there is a residential-style food stall famous for stir-fried noodles. It is located near the restaurant of Hakka Pan Mee (Dao-Ma-Chet). Due to being short-handed, the food stall's business hours may differ and it may not be open daily. Normally, the locals will order the food afternoon.
