🏪位于森州万茂大路边的一间客家酿豆腐，经营了三十多年。这家店铺，外表朴实无华，没有富丽堂皇的装饰，也没有夸张的广告招牌。这里吃的不是什么人间美味，吃的只是那份人情味和古早味。
🫖记得小时候，家人带我来过这里。我第一次品尝的茶，就是这家的【过口甘】。 喝时感觉有点苦涩， 滑过喉咙却泛起甘甜， 喝过方知其妙，因此得名。过口甘原来是保健茶，在当地极富盛名，目前仍然在市场供应，药材店都能找得到。只是，人们逐渐淡忘此茶源自万茂。
🍝这里的客家板面，是其它地方吃不到的味道。他们自制浓稠黝黑的冬菇肉碎酱汁，淋在面条上，捞均匀之后才入口，味道独特。客家板面搭配各种酿料，来一壶过口甘，一边吃一边听电台播放的经典歌曲，别有一番风味。
📌我不是美食家，不去点评食物，而是站在另一个角度去欣赏美食，感恩厨师的付出和辛劳，也敬佩传统美食业者的坚持。

📍Mambau Khek Yong Tau Fu is located by the side of the main road in Mambau, Seremban. It has been in business for over 30 years. This shop has a simple and unassuming appearance, without extravagant decorations or an exaggerated advertising signboard. What you eat here is not an extraordinary delicacy, but rather the taste of nostalgia, especially for the locals.
💟Ko Hou Kam herbal tea, with its first sip, fills the mouth with a little bitterness but reveals a sweet sensation as it passes through the throat upon consumption. The tea is famous among the locals and is still available in the market. You can find it in some traditional Chinese medicine stores in Malaysia.
✅The Hakka noodles here offer a taste that cannot be found elsewhere. They are served with a homemade, thick and dark sauce made from mushrooms and minced meat, resulting in a unique flavour.
