Fold Your Ear Back and Feel What Happens! Dr. Mandell

Stimulating master acupressure points in your ears will stimulate nerve endings that communicate with the brain and body. The will increase blood circulation, stimulate neurotransmitters, and hormones in the brain. This can help heal many chronic health conditions, as this will stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. This can help insomnia, stress, anxiety, headaches, sinus congestion, tinnitus, vertigo, instant energy, and much more.

I love this saying : Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, the hollows of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go- Jamie Anderson

I've noticed in the past month or so, I have to work harder to breathe. I don't get winded, I just find it takes more effort to open my lungs. They are clear and my O2 saturation is over 95 so that's good but it's like they've gotten "stiff" and don't want to inflate as easily. But when I did the first one, where you pulled the ears up, my lungs opened. I was suddenly able to get a deep breath with no effort.

This is a little different but as a baby I developed the habit of holding my mother's ear while nursing. As I aged it continued with anyone that would allow it as long as I felt comfortable around them, my husband, child, etc. I was often criticized and felt embarrassed by it but the desire has stayed with me. I am now 70 and still hold my own ear for the comfort. I have never noticed physical relief but always psychological and emotional relief.

Real Tinnitus is maddening and I am sorry that you are suffering with it! My noise in my ears was like constant crickets. I was so excited that it was finally quiet for once that I just blurted out in joy!! I am sorry that I may have misspoke what my noise is, may not be real tinnitus!

Conducting metals block electromagnetic radiation (faraday cage). Since the brain is generally regarded as most important to protect a tin-foil hat is the simplest answer. For full body protection, a tin-foil suit would be required.

I tried this before watching the video-just seeing “fold the ears and see what happens.” I had no idea what would happen but was curious. I immediately felt relaxed and I knew that was the point of the video. It is bizarre how quickly this works-it is instantaneous and very noticeable.
