    I'm using the 15-30 kg capacity band and I'm struggling to pull it to the sides. I have to use single band instead. Should I use lesser resistance one?

    I am beginner but this is what I've learned so far: You should be able to pull it apart without shruging yourself. Just like when you have too heavy dumbbells - the other muscles are trying to help too much which is not ideal So yes, try pulling just one part of the band or take one with less resistance

    Indeed. And hold the band above the head and then strech the band to the chest.

    i feel like every time a watch a video on how to fix my posture it instantly gets worse and more painful... just reminding me how much I need to start doing exercise like this. Thank you for sharing this. I've been looking for quick and easy things like this that I can stack onto other habits to build consistency.
