Talk about perfect timing! I woke up yesterday with a terribly stiff neck and still have it this morning. I had tried heat and Tylenol which didn’t help. I also tried to move my head around to stretch, but apparently I wasn’t doing it in the right directions. After doing the stretches that you showed as I was watching the video, I have so much relief! The stretch where you look toward your armpit really helped…..really hurt, but felt relief afterward. Thank you so much for this video!

Hi, I really enjoyed your video. I was wondering if you had a pillow recommendation. My husband has large shoulders from going to the gym and doesn't have the right pillow to keep his spine straight at night. It is the cause of a lot of pain in the neck and shoulders. He finds his pillows too firm and won't give him the comfort and good support.

I almost bought that self traction device from Amazon. Too many bad reviews.

Many years ago my doctor told me to go buy an over the door traction(water in bag) at a medical store. He said do it twice a day for 15 mins each time. Within 4 wks my neck pain was gone. I think I may start doing it again. Most of those traction exercises do have bad reviews on Amazon, but this one actually worked for me.
