@FishTemagami The old saying is "make hay while the sun shines" has to apply to areas where it gets super cold in the winter time. Until we moved to SW Missouri about 12 years ago my rods and reels went into hibernation around the end of October and didn't come out till late March. Stay warm and safe this winter.

@Winkiedoodles Yep, we are currently iced in - although it isn't safe yet. Our small bay freezes up first, and I'm sure up the lake it is probably still open in areas. In fact, we could lose what we have in the coming warm spell and rain. I hope to get one or two ice fishing episodes filmed this winter, but we'll see how time allows and opportunity presents. I think a lot of my winter will be getting what I have filmed together and up on KZread.

Any advice for fishing walleye on temagami at this time? We are also going try Olier lake idk about spawning cause it's a hike. And some islands near ket chun eny.
Hopefully a cool alien that knows something about fishing! :)
