The King of Pop just met The QUEEN OF JAZZ and she took his iconic Pop hit and turned into a JAZZ classic as only The Barefoot Princess can ! In a couple of years from now I can hear reactors saying that if anyone dares to try to cover Angelina they had better bring their very best because she is the best !

Only a real fan of Michael could appreciate what Angelina has done here. Thank you. To take this great song and transform it to a jazz track was unthinkable, or undoable, for others. Angelina goes where others fear to tread.

Britt, long time Angelina fans have been witnessing a bona fide musical genius do what no other young talented female vocalist I have ever heard can duplicate. Soon the world will experience what we have known for a long time. As for M.J., the great Quincey Jones said that he Angelina is the best musical talent that he has ever seen other than Michael Jackson. That is the one of the biggest and best compliments and endorsements young Angelina could have received. Once Angelina’s album comes out and the world tour begins, in addition to the subsequent marketing campaign to promote Angelina’s album is in full swing, Angelina’s brilliance is going to shine like a Super Nova. I have no doubt that she is going to take over and shake the music industry to it’s core. As you have said, there is no one like her. I have yet to see any other young female vocalist that loves to sing jazz. Hence the reason why Angelina is the current reigning queen of the jazz genre.

Angelina has so much soul, you have been dead if she does not move you, she always makes her own arrangements.

She did refine it. She became the storyteller and a charming one at that. I love this and loved that you told us how much you loved HIM. It made me more excited to watch you listening and watching Angelina. I love seeing your joy. Got to say, though, that the last thing Angelina would want is to outdo Michael or any singer that she covers. There is another cover using these colored rooms that I dare say you will love .. she did YESTERDAY by the Beatles, beautifully. And these two songs were directed and perhaps also produced by her Uncle.

Michael absolutely loved jazz music and he would have definitely fallen in love with Angelina Jordan He would have given her 100% approval on this Version of his song but I grew up listening to Michael He was my most favorite vocal artist and Whitney Houston Tony Braxton and Mariah Carey were my 3 favorite women vocal artist💜💜💜

MJ was a musical genius and child prodigy as is AJ. Only Angelina can do his song in a way that both honors his genius and shows her genius. Your excitement in this reaction matches the excitement of watching AJ. thanks

Quincy Jones, who produced Michael's music, said Angelina is the best vocalist since Michael. Michael was his pride, so he would never put anyone above him, so that was an amazing compliment from one of the worlds biggest producers. He personally invited Angelina to open for his huge birthday party that was produced by David Foster. Another great producer who raved about Angelina. David Foster actually co-wrote Whitney's "I Have Nothing." A song Angelina masterfully covered, both at 13 yrs and 16 yrs old. When Angelina recently met and sang a few songs for Michael's drummer, Jonathan Moffett, he said (paraphrasing) that AJ "is the greatest vocalist to come to us in our time". The truth about Angelina is that relatively few people know who she is, but the industry knows exactly who she is. When the time is right, which is soon, she is going to turn the music world upside down. We will finally have a mega star that unites people of all ages, backgrounds, and nationalities with one message. Love each other. This is why she is more important than any artist of our time.

Everyday I watch for your reactions, love your analysis and your energy. Angelina is truly an amazing gift!

She made an orchestra out of riffs, runs and percussive little breaths, that I had to listen a second time to make sure there’s just a piano accompanying her. The original is one of the best songs ever for me but this interpretation is musical genius level.

She has taken this iconic Song to Another Level

It doesn't get much bigger than the great one, Quincy Jones. A jazz arranger and conductor in the 50's, producing pop songs in the 60's as well as working with the likes of Frank Sinatra and Count Basie. He worked on film scores, receiving 7 academy award nominations, tied for the most of any African American. He has won 28 grammys out of a record 80 nominations. He produced three of Michael Jackson's biggest albums, "Off The Wall", "Thriller", and "Bad". Suffice it to say, Quincy knows music inside out, and he knows talent! Quincy on Angelina Jordan: "she's the greatest talent I've seen since Michael Jackson". Pretty high praise, and that was when she was 12. He had asked her to sing at his birthday bash for his 85th birthday at the O2 arena in London. The orchestra played the arrangement Quincy had done for Frank Sinatra, and Angelina sang "Fly Me To The Moon". Gloriously, of course. There is a video of her at the rehearsal with the orchestra (since there's no real video of the concert), however the audio is actually taken from her concert performance. It is so beautiful to hear! Her voice dances over the music like a prima ballerina, light, clear and gorgeous! Love your reactions to our barefoot angel, I hope you and yours are well, and I always look forward to the next one! Watched this again with you. I love how her peeps have protected her innocence, preventing her from wearing provocative clothing, etc. I worry that her childhood was compromised, but I see no evidence of it. You rock.

The more you watch, the more you listen to Angelina it is born upon you, profoundly.....there are many truly great singers but Angelina is just different, a class of her own.

Great reaction the first play of this I was stunned it was so different from the original which I loved but it only took another play for it to become a favourite cover. I never listened to lyrics before , its a brilliant performance.

I bought Michael’s Thriller the year it got out. I grooved, danced and hummed along with it for many years. It took Angelina’s slowed down, stripped down, jazzed up version for me to really hear the story and lyrics. I never thought a jazzy version could work, but Angelina showed it works perfectly. Her version makes me want to grab a beer, watch the sunset, bob my head and chill out. She turned the song inside out and upside down, made it her own and it still is a beautiful tribute to the original. I love this version so much! Angelina sang this version for Jonathan Sugarfoot Moffet, Michaels drummer, and he loved and said she was channeling Michael.

Thanks for another great reaction - this time to Angelina's reinterpretation of this classic by the late, great Michael Jackson. I believe that when Angelina performs her interpretation of great classics (also including Bohemian Rhapsody & Suspicious Minds), she is doing so as a tribute to the great original artists. You can't tell me MJ wouldn't like this version. He loved creativity...

Not only does she has a good team around her but a good upbringing and her mom is with her all thetime so she does not hang out with the wrong people.

I’ve thought since this video was released that it’s the essence of Angelina. It’s a complete re-imagination of an iconic song with stunning vocals that I don’t think any singer could match. Also-classic Angelina-we understand every word of the lyrics. And like Bohemian Rhapsody or I Put a Spell on You or Suspicious Minds, we get a performance that is 100% Angelina, but one that pays homage to the original song and singer. And throw in the fact that Angelina can bring us jazz from another era, but make it so comfortable and accessible. Michael was the best popular performer I’ve ever seen. And Angelina is the best singer I’ve ever heard.

No one knows why one likes a music artist and another doesn’t, so let’s just learn that and learn to accept that. “argue with yourself” bravo girl well said, great reaction as always

Ok Britt, you did say a lot and absolutely spot on, I know you do other reactions (love the George Carlin) but as far as Angelina goes you are now my top and favorite reactor to her music....you get it so so much. Angelina pays full respect to Michael's Iconic song by creating a Jazz masterpiece....who would even consider that?? Angelina of course, a pure music genius without a doubt. That was a great reaction. You might try "I'll be There" she was 8 and singing at a benefit honoring 'the Norwegian hero of the year' who is a girl who confronted bullies and comforted their victims.. so the song was meant for the occasion. Very different but also impactful.

I think it speaks volumes, when the drummer of Michael Jackson compliments Angelina. There is a video on her Vlogs channel. He said after her singing to him: I think I feel Michael standing next to me, and he is smiling. I mea,n is there a better way to appreciate her work. The Jackson family knows her, she was introduced by her first NGT judge Omer Bhati, who was the protégé of Michael Jackson. I am also almost sure she asked the family, if they were ok with her interpretation. It´s a wise thing to do for a well brought up young lady. Dear, be save, sound and healthy also to your kids. Omer Bhatti the youngest judge on NGT about 2 years after AJ won NGT while visiting his friends the Jacksons at Christmas he introduced Michael's mother to AJ's singing.

Cole McCarthy directed, and his brother, Chip McCarthy was the Art Director. In each of the videos these two had a hand in, they are telling a story through symbolism.

Quincy Jones invited Angelina to sing at his 85th birthday celebration at the O2 Arena in London when she was 12 years old and he was quoted as saying, Angelina is the Greatest talent to come along since Michael Jackson

I agree with you, this girl has an absolutely unique talent and taste and she is not afraid of anything, there are no impossible songs for her, she will always find a way to transform them with her extraordinary musical intelligence. Angelina's musical vision transcends the ordinary and she always manages to give an interpretive reading that gives another vision of songs, in any genre. This gorgeous girl truly has musical knowledge and analytical ability that is beyond my comprehension. Angelina is FEARLESS!! No matter how famous or entrenched a classic is, she has no fear in reimagining and rearranging it. I mean, cmon, Billie Jean? Bohemian Rhapsody? Yellow Brick Road?? Miracle child.

Love what you say about her "team" - which I believe is her family plus Rob Christie and perhaps a few others now... I don't know how much of the genius beind the "branding" is thought out, as it were, how much just completely natural... the result of fully appreciating her genius and wanting to protect her...

Her uncle and manager Michael (Mike) discovered this funny studio in downtown LA. Every room has another color theme. They did at least one other song here "Yesterday", YES that "Yesterday".

Britt as a youngster I grew up in Philly and there was the Mike Douglas show, and he would showcase new talent and let a few members of the audience rate the song that the singer or group performed. That was when I first saw the Jackson Five. I thought back then this little lead singer is going to be a superstar and that was of course Michael. History says I was proven right😊. I'm thinking Angelina could also be a superstar and some believe she already is for her age and the promise she has. Great reaction as always.

So it was not surprising that Angelina was invited to a visit by a government delegation to the state of California, led by Crown Prince Haakon and the Norwegian foreign minister. The purpose of this visit was to build cooperation between California and Norway on environmental and climate issues, so Angelina had decided to sing Michael's beautiful anthem with the deep message (We must take care of each other more. Love conquers all.) on this occasion .
