Had my 2020 RT about 3 months with 600 miles, so far I totally agree with all your talking points, it is a fantastic motorcycle.

I don't need to do a motovlog review comparing my 2020 to my 2018 Can-Am Spyder RT Ltd because you covered what I was going to say and then some. Great job!

I'm re-watching your videos because I'm picking up my 2021 RT Limited Dark edition Tuesday afternoon 😊. Going from a 2015 RTS SM6 manual to a Semi Automatic may be harder than anything. Been riding manual trans bikes for 40 years, I'm programmed for that.

I have a 2011 RT Ltd , the V-Twin. I’m looking to upgrade to a new one this year. I think it’s going to blow my mind.

I need to test ride one to feel the differences between the 2020 RT and my 2018 F3 Limited.

Hey Red, I just completed the Can-Am motorcycle training course over the weekend. Today I'm purchasing the same RT LTD, same color with the chrome accents. I tell you, seeing it in a video does not do it justice versus seeing it live and in living color. Thanks for sharing your video. PK

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to Spydering community. Also I agree that the Red is much richer in person that any image/video you can find. I love my 2020, it truly is the best thing CanAm has put out so far. Enjoy your ride and stay safe.

Certainly an improved ride from what we see on video but as I am not yet a rider of either the Spyders or Rykers, then my judgement could be impaired.

Dear RidnWithRed, I have a 2020 RT limited just like yours. All of the control buttons light up but the passenger audio control button does not. Is this normal or might my control be defective. It does work but does not light up. Sincerely, Joe

If the bike I ride stumbles on accelleration straight to shop. # 1 killer of riders throttle failure fact. Go to Pitbull pwr. sports, Lamonster, they can make you roll great. New buyers the first thing you need to do after you bring your crate bike home, spend $875. usd and get sway bar, shocks, squared away laser frt. end alignment. Now you can roll with Mo. folk on ozark mountains. If you roll stock, go to the back of the pack. You need more hp. front end sticking in curves. Stock will not get it done, unless you drive thru school zones etc.

Hey Thomas, I using a chin mount on a Scorprion EXO 710 full face helmet. From the mount I'm using a 1.5" riser which puts the Go Pro Camera position just about 4-5" lower than my vision line.

I just bought a 2020 RT, my left mirror vibrates, yours seems steady

@drkennedy611, Yes My mirrors also vibrates and I thinks it's a pretty known issues as these mirrors share the same parts as the F3 mirrors.

drkennedy611 - known issue, there are several fixes for this. Smoakslog describes one , which involves installing BRP standard parts. Sling mods sells a fix as well... you should spend less than $100 for this...

Do you get a whine around 50 MPH? I do. I really do like my 2020 RT as well.

Yes the gear whine for me shows up between 45-55 mph. Thanks for the question.

I owned a 2010 RT. Very interested in this, however there is one dealbreaker FUELLING. My 2010 took 20 litres normally and the last 5 took over 10 minutes to get in. Have they addressed this in the 2020. Is it a quick fill?

@Bruce, I have no issues fueling my bike within 5 minutes and that from the time I turn off the key, till I'm starting it back up.

Go to new gas stop. It should fill as fast as any vehicle or gas can.

Just thought a brother ryder had similar prob. Fuel tank did not vent, smelled of fuel in garage as well. Crushed in fuel tank as he reported.

Was it difficult removing the tour pack and how easy is it to put back on thanks.

Den, I have a few videos already recorded about this that I need to edit and post. But simple answer is, it takes less than 10 minutes with no need for tools.

Nice bike. I had a 2015 rt limited and wasn't a huge fan but still enjoyed it. Would you recommend either of the 2020 Spyder rt.

I thought the trany was iffy but found out after trading it was the drive belt slapping around.

@@scooterman4363 Yes, there is a known belt vibration on all the Spyder's do to the length. There are belt dampeners that can be installed that will eliminate most of that issue. If you liked the ride the Spyder has, then the 2020 is an amazing ride. It's much smoother and refined than the 2015 model.

We recently demo rode the 2020 RT Limited, while l liked the rider's floorboards better, l honestly did not notice that much of a improvement in the ride quality over our 2014 RT Limited. Also my Wife experienced much more wind turbulence around her neck and shoulders. I think because basically this new RT is based on the F3 platform. Safe Travels.

@@triketacular8093 my friend came over with his new 2020 limited and 2 be h onest I like the looks of my 2014 limited alot better. I took it for a ride and it's the same as my 2014 limited. I think it looks cheeper.

The 2020 RT Limited starts around $28K

Backrest is removable, just need to pop up the driver seat and unlatch it. It then pulls straight out.
