Finding Peace: 5 Insights from the Savior's Words. President Henry B. Eyring, a counselor in the First Presidency shares his testimony and thoughts to help each of us find peace through Jesus' great sacrifice.
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” I have learned at least five truths from that teaching of the Savior. First, the gift of peace is given after we have the faith to keep His commandments. Second, the Holy Ghost will come and abide with us. Third, the Savior promises that as we keep our covenants, we can feel the love of the Father and the Son for each other and for us. Fourth, keeping the Lord’s commandments requires more than obedience. We are to love God with all our heart, might, mind, and soul. Fifth, it is clear that the Lord loves us. To pay the price of our sins so that we can-through our faith in Him and our repentance have the gift of the peace that “passeth all understanding,” in this life and with Him eternally. #BecauseofHim

Finding personal peace is so difficult in this world, yet by remembering the savior and inviting him daily into our lives somehow that peace reaches us personally. I don't know how it works just that it does work.
I've know President Eyring for many years. He is a True Disciple of Jesus Christ . I've allways Loved to hear Cousin Henry B. Eyring speak.

Lovely 😍 🙏 may we plead with God that we may carry the radiance of our savior Jesus christ at all times, in all things, and in all places, and that we may receive his image in our countenance, that we may serve God not for reward... but simply because we love Him. 🕊
I need more peace. I am grateful for He who lead the way to true peace. Please God help us be more like Jeus our savior and redeemer and forgive us of our shortcomings so we can choose to follow Him and come home.

I’m grateful for a savior!
Stay focused on Him, and you will not fail to follow Him. Come what may, He leads you, there is peace that He leads you, and sees you. For those who are athletic, He's the perfect trainer, loading you up to maximize your performance, and is always there to spot you when He knows you won't quit even if your body is weak, leading to even greater strength. There is peace, knowing that he expects YOUR best effort, not perfection, but because He is perfect, He's showing you how to become more like Him, while expressing infinite love by allowing you to try as long as it takes and remaining with and enabling us through it all... the only limitation is our willingness to dust off and honestly try again.
