Ferrymead trams
Saturday 28 September 2013: Ferrymead Heritage Village in Christchurch has a variety of transport types, including steam and electric trains, and trolleybuses. The trams were running on this day, including an old 'drop-centre' Brisbane one--I remember catching them in the 60s when I lived there. Also seen: a works tram, two single bogie South Island cars, and the first (short-lived) run of the works traverser after the extension tracks were unblocked.

Brisbane tram museum will love seeing the roselea tram. Thanks
Rosalea is only a "Local". It is as beautiful as can be. I'm from Christchurch and live in Brisbane. Spent great days at Ferrymead, helping at thee woodfired bakery, fishing the estuary when not sailing my cat.
I hope you took a look in the railway side of things at Ferrymead, the CRS, and the DTG, the DTG owns the shed-full of diesels to the left of where you got off Tram No. 1.
Os Bondes antigos são sempre fantásticos. Abraço! Rio de Janeiro Brazil

This is just like Diesel Bus or Diesel Tram in India, but super. 🐍💲🙏👌🇮🇳 from 🇮🇳
Seeing a *tram* going thru the *railway* switch gives me the same vibes, as seeing schoolgirl at the pole hall.
