A student states he is attending a college in East London whilst also living in Leicester. The investigation suggests the college itself may be operating to provide fake university letters of status.
Border Force follows the work of the UK's Borders and Immigration Agency as its team of dedicated immigration officers work around-the-clock to fight illegal immigration and secure Britain's borders.

I visited the UK for the first time when I was 18 for a holiday and to study English for two weeks. I was so anxious. I guess the officers are smart enough and well-trained to identify the person of interest who would have the potential to overstay or commit crimes. I remember when I applied for the UK visa I was so worried and when I arrived at Heathrow Airport, I was so anxious, but the officers calmed me down and helped me to find my way. I haven't been questioned like those people. It was such a good experience. I decided to study again in the UK when I was 24 and I stayed 2 years between Sunderland and Newcastle. I have to say my experience was amazing! I've visited all cities and I enjoyed my stay and now almost 10 years I have lived in New Zealand. When I arrived in New Zealand I had £6000 and Immigration asked me if I had anything to declare, I answered very honestly and said this money in £ not NZD so I don't know if I should claim it. she calculated that it was more than NZD10,000 so she took me to another place where I sit and fill a form of where this money came from. I answered the questions and they allowed me to enter. It was such an easy-breezy straightforward process. I believe it is very important, to be honest, and don't play games because you'll be caught one day. I haven't seen anyone go away with his/her lies.

Love Muffin I was born in Canada but I went to Kenya for four months. When I was returning back to Canada, I had a stop in San Francisco and the Americans treated me and my sister very stereotypically . It was almost amusing to see that the racism treated towards blacks & muslims was very true. But I remember they sent me and my sister towards the police side to be “further investigated” and they gave us a blank piece of paper and they asked us to write down, the address of what university we attended, adresses we’ve visited in Kenya, address in Canada, what major we have selected etc. It was a whole list of person questions the verbally asked us and made us write down. Then they asked us why we didn’t have a “somali passport”, and when we told them “we were born in Canada” they looked very disturbed by that comment. I kept thinking that I shouldn’t give my school adresss besides home adress, but a lot of the wuestions seemed a bit invasive. I felt like they didn’t need to know all that info, why does it matter to them? I just went to Kenya to visit family, why did they need to know everything about my life in Canada ? I kept thinking what if I just lied, would they be able to confirm it? And if I did... what could they possibly do? “Oh no she lied about what uni she went to” Like who cares, it won’t be the end of the world.

We never got the chance to go on a honeymoon, we had 2 kids, etc. So all of his management friends, mind you are all blue collar sales but sell tire, rims all this stuff, lol great group, ride around in POS fix em ups, but huge tires w beautiful, expensive rims. You can tell when the store is at a location. I laughed the first time I saw them all in a restaurant together. I get pulled aside. My fiance started to make a big deal, then all the guys do it, like hey, we don't know her, she seems shady, I'd check her all the way out. Like rotar rooter style. It was loud, embarrassing, people looked from the entire line, at the back. week

If they do not go to college or they dont do well in their studies the CIC is informed. As an international student i can say that if we do not attend classes or go to college and just work, the college we are enrolled in informs CIC. So if you see any international student not getting deported, he is probably attending college so please think before you post about a group of people who work hard and have come here just to improve their way of living

It depends - if your home country is stable enough to offer chances of a decent living. You did the right thing - If your home country is poor, or war ravaged amongst other things, you would have done everything and anything in your power to remain in Australia. You cant say thats how it should be when all have a different reason to move from their home country in the first place.
