Hey Steve, I have camouflage nets for all season. I've camped around highways, farmlands, etc. Noise-Cancelling earbuds are amazing on busy main roads. Thermal goggles are awesome. I'm 65. I know 😂😂

In the last year of Crazy Neighbor’s life, you two went on this wild adventure together. The friendship you two had makes me smile, and I’m glad he got to do this with you.

This was super cool! If you ever wish to do another billboard camp like this, a way you can be even more stealthy ironically is to have lights on the outside lighting up the billboard. It'd do well to hide any lights behind the billboard so you'd be free to turn on any flashlights for cooking or even just to have on in general :)

As sad as this is, this is such a testament to the friendship you had, to be able to relive so many wonderful events, rest easy crazy neighbour ❤

Steve and Crazy Neighbor are so wholesome together. You never see neighbors like that anymore.

Steve, get an ebike with fat tires. I have hip and knee problems and cycling without too much pressure on joints is good. It has made all the difference for me and I’m able to go many places with it and see so much more. I put tannus armor inside tires to make them just about puncture proof. I’ve seen many older folks (I’m 67 this month) on e-bikes and they all love being able to get out there. I’ve seen several people with KZread channels who ebike in the woods, etc. I’m happy that my husband has recently joined me on the class 2 ebike (has a throttle and pedal assist. He has COPD so it is delightful seeing him enjoy life with me. I love your little camper! It’s perfect! Thanks for all your hard work and shares. May God bless you wherever you adventure to! 💙🙏🏼💙

My son and I laughed SO HARD at the 'Camping It's Closer Than You Think!" sign. Definitely one of the best!

One of these days we're going to need Steve to release his campsite cookbook so we can replicate some of this magic ourselves. Especially if it only uses relative measurements like "1 can of corn (small one)" or "cook until Jackery runs out of battery."

I learned while I was a delivery driver for an industrial supply company that if you're wearing a high viz vest, carrying a clipboard, and walking like you belong somewhere, you can go ANYWHERE, and no one will bat an eye.

Theres been insidents where whole apartment has been robbed empty, clean rental truck, guys wearing overalls and working like they belong there. Once even a neighbourg talked to one of the robbers few minutes, and couldn't tell how they looked. People don't notice things if they are not weird. There once were some robbers who drove delivery truck to a supermarket loading dock and went in while workers had a cig. They loaded truck and drove away. I think it took several days until anyone notised what had happened. Mostly it surpriced me how little workers care about people who are in storage area of a large market, I once rodealong on bakery delivery truck. We delivered to small markets and large supermarkets, I didn't have any working clothes on and none asked why the earth there is some random dude walking around in storage area in civilian clothes. And most odd was that store workers just let you in when you walk to the door with enough confident.

Coke representatives, Pepsi representatives, FritoLay, our return warehouse trucks, regular stock trucks, and our special items deliveries (bikes usually) Workers get so used to seeing random people in there, we usually never question it and tbh we don't get paid enough to care 😂

What a great "self stealth" structure. I'm impressed that you and Crazy Neighbor are both Geocachers! What a hoot! I started in 2013 as a way to get out of the house and get some exercise. Good to see you are helping promote the world wide sport of Geo Caching!

It drives me crazy that this is all happening in my general neighborhood. It makes me always wonder if at any given moment Steve is back in town, could be camping behind my house for all I know.

Steve and Crazy Neighbor are going from stealth camping, to becoming the stealth camp itself. Truly one of the greatest character development arcs of all time. The writers of this show never cease to amaze us. :)

@@Renovegas6109 Yeah they've got thermal cameras to see how much heat is coming from your property, we read a case about it in law. Guy ended up losing in court since they got the "thermal scan" while they were off his property. Been around for a long while too now.

This is my favorite one so far. Clever neighbor is a great guy.

Camping is closer then you think, there’s that humor I love so much. If they only knew but they haven’t a clue.

8:58. This is GOLD. Handmade silly billboard, a freakin' crock pot set up at camp. This is one of the silliest and best of the series 😆😍 And what a magical night too - with the geocache and seeing the fireflies.
