Camping In Abandoned Mine
I hiked up the side of a mountain with Crazy Neighbor to go #camping in an #abandoned copper #mine. The hike was grueling, we forgot gear, and a quick overnight turned into a couple day adventure hiking the whole trip twice over steep terrain but managed to camp in the abandoned mine.

As an avid geocacher and camping with Steve fan, it makes me happy to see these two things together in the one video.
Hi Steve, just wanted to say thanks for being you. Times are hard right now and your videos are one of the few things that always make my nights better. theyre all so comfy and fun to watch whether you're joking around with crazy neighbor, hiding from authorities, hunkering down some place, or just doing some good old fashioned camping or exploring. Theyre a true comfort. Hope you're well!
Youre a stronger man than I for being able to sleep next to someone who snores. Especially in a mineshaft with the echo 😅

true!
As an avid geocacher, the first thing I thought of was that it was a cool place for a geocache. I had one actually inside a very similar mine in New Jersey. I was very surprised when you actually looked for one and found it. geocaching can take you to so many great places. You probably camped dozens of places where one was nearby. Hopefully it's your first of many cool geocaching finds. Definitely something you should add to your camping adventures. Welcome to the geocaching community.
The whole exchange about the slug and what to do about it was so hilarious 🤣🤣🤣
It’s genuinely gotten to the point that if you miss a single episode of camping with Steve you have to go back and watch each one they’re all so unique ❤❤❤
Your videos are so organic, a guy camping in strange places, you just being you. It's so refreshing to see a normal guy doing his thing without trying to be a internet star, no begging for likes, no emoting for subs, just good entertainment for those of us who like real people.
I had a really bad mental health day but Steve and CN put a smile on my face for over 40 minutes. Thanks CWS! Hunker Down!

I never skip your video. You literally could make a 10hour hike video, and I’d watch it all. Every minute. Cheers from Denmark 🇩🇰
The bit with the slug was pure comedy gold. Great job, guys. Thanks for the video, Steve! Keep being you, pal.
The dynamic between Steve and Crazy Neighbor, especially in the second half of this video? Comedy gold. The chemistry between these two is just elemental. Keep hangin' and bringin' us some banter, guys!

I was laughing so hard at crazy neighbor and his snoring 🤣😂 on a scale of 1 to 10 he ranks right up there. Love the videos Steve and your sense of humor.....
Crazy neighbor is the shizzzz! Sure appreciate all the humor and camping w Steve!!
Please be careful. I lost my Dad in a Coal Mine accident when I was 10 years old an this really scared me seeing you all walk inside this mine. I didn’t know if I was going to be able to watch this video but I got thru it. So glad you two are safe.

It's just like watching a TV show, you know your favorite character isn't going to die in the middle of the episode. And especially with Steve doing the video, he's not going to upload it if he can't upload it. I always know he'll be successful in the episode. :)
Skipping parts?! Sacrilege! Who does that? We love going with you wherever you take us! Shoutout to Crazy neighbour, always fun to see you on screen with Steve!!
Dear Steve, I'm a new follower of about a month or so, just wanted to say thanks. If I had any extra money at all, anything I would want to contribute to your efforts. Your videos always take me away from the nonsense, and I enjoy your narratives so much. You're just so fun. Thanks Steve! Keep going please!
Crazy Neighbour’s ‘Animal’ hoodie rules! 😂 Great video!!
Love how the cave amplifies his snoring!! Actually a great deterrent for any wandering critters.
Hell yeah, this is hands down my favorite episode! I'm a life-long mine explorer. Longest underground campout I had was three nights, 4 days in a mine here in Utah. 22 miles of tunnels that covered 3500' of elevation changes. So deep that you have to camp to really explore all of it. Old mines aren't as dangerous as everyone tells you, especially if you're being cautious and go in very prepared. Check out Mojave Underground and see some of fun stuff from years ago.

Man, I'm the opposite. This is one of the least entertaining vids that I've watched of Steve's. I love the thrill of the "danger" of getting caught.

I never thought I would hear someone snore louder than my husband, but Crazy Neighbour wins hands down 😅! Another fantastic episode Steve, although the tunnels were so creepy. You make the best of the most uncomfortable sleeping situations!
I like crazy neighbor. He reminds me of my old traveling buddies. True treasures in life.
All right! Steve defending the rights of a slug. Whatever adventure you go on, you help brighten my day! Another great adventure by Steve & Crazy Neighbour. Thank you very much, guys!
