So he bonded out on FRIDAY, didn't show up for the ankle monitor and NOONE called until MONDAY? What the ACTUAL Fuck is that? They should have been notified when the person who bonded him out showed up. Personally I think the Bondsman and the Person who posted the bond should be charged with accessory to murder, They should have ensured he went to get the monitor by taking them there themselves as a part of the bond process and they failed to do that.

Who in the police department or court system thought it was sufficient to let a criminal self-report for a GPS tracker? All these people should be in jail or worse. Vigilantism is starting to sound like a good solution.

It broke my heart to hear this father helped the coroner lift his daughter out of the backseat. RIP young lady. I hope this father retains an excellent attorney and sues everyone involved. Probably afraid they might actually find the violent guy and have a confrontation. That's not their style. They'd rather beat drunks and women. Or 5 might beat a yound man in cuffs after he is cuffed though. Police are not your friends Scotus has ruled they have no duty to protect or to even intervene They can actually sit and watch you be killed and nothing would happen. Vote for reform. Why her father didn’t teach his daughter how to handle a firearm i’ll never understand. Tennessee doesn’t even have a concealed carry permit law, you can carry if you choose to no permit needed. When you go out of the house, you should also have some mace or bear spray always on you as a back up that will allow you to get away if you can’t use your firearm because too many people around. When seconds count the police are 30 minutes away.

I saw on another channel that several bonding companies were involved with this mistake. Elite Bonding Company, Brooks Bonding Company and On-Time Bonding Company secured his bail and took him to get a monitor which didn't fit so they let him go?.
