So, kidnapping her and beating her for hours still wasn't enough for this judge to rule he gets no bond? He should have stayed in jail throughout his trial. He was a danger to the community, especially this woman...and he proved that.

When are judges going to at least lose their jobs if not disbarred or held criminally responsible for letting dangerous people out, who obviously shouldn't be?

With all the court upheavals happening right now, I feel like it's always been very corrupt but w/so many eyes on cases now, bad judges, prosecutors, cops, etc., aren't getting away with it as much. 💜

How many young women will die? Ask Congress, your representatives. No accountability! None.

Wasn't this particular judge the subject of complaints filed by lawyers in the last year, questioning whether or not the judge is mentally competent to be a judge?

What a 💔mess Nashville. The DV system mirrors exactly what victims experience. My condolences to her family and friends. 😢

So, can the judge be charged with civil rights violations of this young lady?

Restraining orders are as useless as the paper they’re printed on. So sad!

ANY violent crime should not get bond/bail!!!!! NEVER!!!

This mistake started when they reduced the bail and then it's snowballed from there. I wonder if the judge and the DA have apologized to the family

The DA and the judge involved should be charged with aiding and abetting first degree murder and jailed. But of course, our garbage justice system holds them immune and unaccountable for their stupid errors.

The Davison County District Attorney’s Office made the Notification 4 days AFTER his release because he didn’t show up to the GPS company.😡 VICTIM NOTIFICATION (multiple attempts via calls, texts, etc) should’ve gone out PRIOR TO his release. THAT would’ve given them time to get her to SAFETY.

To make it worse, the website for the District Attorney's office said that they have people on staff who notify victims of domestic violence or sex crimes of any changes in their court case.

The Judge should be held accountable, tired of people not put in prison because of bail reform.

This time law enforcement did their part. They arrested him and put him behind bars, but the judicial system let him back out!? so many people have lost their lives because of BS bail reform.
