A television personality "Game Warden' named Mike Boone decided to break into my private property in Liberty County TX while I was at work in downtown Houston, my next door neighbor witnessed Boone forcing my driveway gate open and then driving his Game Warden truck into my yard or "curtilage" as it's legally referred to I've since learned). What Boone did in my yard and just how long he stayed there we do not know, TP&WD won't even acknowledge that their personnel had trespassed into my private property (and they had my phone number if they had needed to contact me for any reason mind you). Point is, when I got back home a few hours later my driveway gate was closed BUT it wasn't closed correctly it was clear to me that it had been tampered with from the inside.... this shook me up so badly, that I left my house and went to stay elsewhere for the night and then never again stayed at my house and finally sold it cheap to an ugly homes investor. How would you feel if you learned that somebody with a gun was breaking and entering into your private property without any kind of court order just willy-nilly, would you feel safe living there anymore? I'm suing Boone in Federal Court here in Texas, it isn't easy but I have a witness and Mike Boone violated my 4th Amendment protections and I don't want this happening to anybody else and I don't even HUNT OR FISH!!!! I want this shit in Texas stopped!

We have a Bill of Rights for a reason! Whether they call themselves "Police", or "DNR Personnel", or f'ing "Game Wardens" (and let's think about the connotation of those two words, "Game" and "Warden" for a second... despicable IMHO!), they need to respect the 4th Amendment and stay the Hell off people's Private Property!
