@E Double The first part of your statement is true, but the second part is not accurate when a person is killed during the commission of a separate crime. If a person, or group of people, are involved in a criminal act, and someone (even one of the parties to that crime) is killed or dies as a result of that crime being committed, then all parties to that initial crime can be charged with Felony Murder, regardless of intent. This is called the "Felony Murder rule", and it is available to prosecutors in 46 out of 50 states.

@@yourdaddy6030 The 46 states that have (and use) "Felony Murder" statutes would disagree with you, and so do I. What makes you think that my suggestion is idiotic? It may be incorrect depending on the EXACT circumstances of the crime, but it's certainly available if applicable. You must not understand the concept of it, since you called it "Arcane". I can assure you that prosecutors who still, in fact, use this law to charge defendants (it is sometimes the most serious charge that can be filed in some prosecutions) do not find it mysterious or hard to understand.

No she didn’t consent to her own death. The move was stupid on her part and her so called friends didn’t consider her important in the scheme of the getaway. This was every woman for her self. When you run with thieves it’s every man for himself. That’s the law. They probably didn’t know she was the bump under the car after running over the curb TWICE attempting to flee. They should be charged with voluntary manslaughter and Grand larceny over $1000.

Read the congressional debates from the 1960's. The sad little downtrodden blacks would lift themselves out of poverty. We taxpayers were told that if we gave the blacks free money, food, housing, etc. they would get educated and "in a generation" there would be no need for welfare. The opposite has happened. We have an entire race addicted to free stuff. You give them 90% of what they want, paid for by the taxpayers, and they steal the other 10%. Reform welfare (ex: if your Mom was on welfare, you will never qualify) or this will go on.

true she is a junkie, but still white people age like that on the norm. im 43 and my high school classmates look 10-15 years older than me. its a known scientific fact, blacks age slower than whites because of the melanin our skin contains, thats why we dont get skin cancer and while it takes a few hours for your skin to burn in the sun it will take me 10-15 hours in intense sun for my skin to burn. i fish alot on the beach and i never used sun screen ever in my life and my white friends will look like lobsters after 3-4 hrs, i just get a lil darker
