Did you consider weld thru primer and cavity wax? Worried you may have a rust trap on your hands. Take that foam out and slap anyone who considers leaning on the car. Metal fabrication looks nice Yuri! 👍

Good travel video interspersed with some great TIG welding by Yuri. Now at least some semblance of rigidity has now been reintroduced since the outer wheel arches were removed. However what has been created is two strong box sections either side of the rear wheel only longitudinally linked by the introduction of the top angle iron. I believe there needs to be a mid line cross brace. Also the mass of styrofoam introduced might not act as a very good fire retardant. Just saying. I am never the less really looking forward to seeing how the fibreglass panels fit and blend in. Your enthusiasm is also super brilliant guys!

The attention to detail and structure you guys take is outstanding. Never lose that. It's been wonderful watching all of you grow together in your skills and presentation as the channel has progressed.

Loving this build, E30s are the best Beemers! Had my own back in the eighties, (my kids called it “Hyperthrust” ) - stay safe boys and remember to help your Dad out sometimes! You have all of this because of your parents hard work! 😊👍

I noticed that your grinders have the guards removed, I guess it's because you work in tight corners. Look after yourselves guys, but I see Yuri wears a helmet when grinding, good idea! Those welds look beautiful and that's a class act. Nice work guys.

That is a great wide body kit and the right folks are "doing" it! None of this janky cut the fender lip and twist the wheel liner to close it! It's almost a shame so much of the work will be covered up! The plumbing that was my "day job" was like that too- and skimping on the support work was a fast road to a bad job. I think Yuri is back, too! Good to Vasily in the house- his insane lawn mower will be a treat! FR

Absolutely loving this build guys. Some proper skills there dudes. Nice to see the job being done properly 👍

I got my pre facelift tail panel the other day and have the old one cut out. So I’m literally in my garage now doing the same thing except my car is the early e30 and yours isn’t. Too bad I don’t have the skills all you guys do, but I’m learning lol.
