    Hi’ thanks for this. I was able to do these with ease. I have a right paralyzed diaphragm from Covid-19. I was hospitalized last August for 35 days. I have been doing a lot of diaphramic breathing.. Any suggestions to improve muscle conditions since my diaphragm is pushed up on the right lung?

    I've been diagnosed with a paralyzed diaphragm. I was also hospitalized with Covid however because of the so many people were being treated, I slipped through the cracks. I went to a pulmonologist for labored breathing, a year later and he noticed it from an x-ray, taken last year. I'm hoping this video helps.

    Wow!!!! I just did this and my diapghram went so much relaxed! I was trying to relax it before, but it only made the breathing very bad, i was feeling i do not have enough air all the time. And i mean i had my diaphragm so tigh it made me this hige belly and no physical exercise was able to make it smaller. But with this i finally realxed it! And it took only under 1 minute of pressure. I shall do this again when i feel it is tight again. Not it is just so relaxed. Thank you kindly

    This was pretty cool. I have Cystic Fibrosis and realized I really needed to release my diaphragm. The last part of the exercise is difficult but I was able to do the pumping with my mouth and nose closed by the third time. Do you work with folks with CF or other respiratory issues?

    I hold a lot of stress in my diaphragm. my diaphragm gets really tight/ tense when I am under a lot of stress. I also have a hiatal hernia. I think it is due from a weak diaphragm or very stressed out diaphragm. would this be ok for me? would you recommend this for me?

    Thank you very much for this video. I have a question. I'm not sure if it's related. What would be the cause of sometimes when you eat you feel a full or pressure sensation in esophagus area and you feel the food gets stuck or has trouble going down as if it has a counter pressure with a gas or air coming up. Sometimes a drink of cold water helps or getting up and breathing slowly. Any videos you recommend? Thank you.

    You're welcome, Jennifer! 🙏🙂 If you suffer from swallowing difficulties, this can also be a typical symptom of heartburn and acid reflux which is caused by a tense diaphragm. If your oesophageal mucosa is irritated or inflamed because of the heartburn, food particles will stick to it more easily, which is why you have a feeling of "a lump in the throat" and food gets stuck. Please get more detailed information on the symptoms, cause, and best treatment methods in this article on heartburn and acid reflux. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-epheartburn Therefore, in your case we definitely recommend trying our exercises to release tension in your diaphragm and relax it naturally and effectively. 💪🙂 Practise regularly for best results and get rid of your pain on your own. 😍 Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

    I am an athletic man who used to train hard before I started to get weird sensation nearby the stomach area and I get constantly the need of yawn or take a deep breath. Often i can't get a complete yawn or deep breath and this leaves me like I am missing breath, but it is not real. Together with this I also get some reflux and I noticed an excessive production of saliva too. Do you think that your exercises are going to help me overcome this? I m in general healthy and don't take any medication but I fell i cant train hard as I used to do before this happen (about 1 year now).

    @Zax Zoz I've been using a tool called Iqoro, check it out. I felt better after using it for 3 months! It's a little expensive but it worked for me. I'm not 100% healed but I saw a lot of improvement.

    Just what I need. Every day I have to massage that spot with a tool and it's so painful and tight that I was feeling hopeless and desperate. Also feeling super tight and painful spots on my forearms that seem ridiculously sore, doesn't seem normal... if anyone recognizes what that means, please tell me 🙏

    Why sometimes when i hold the nose exercise, make my breath more difficult to breath? or short breath?

  • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN

    @Liebscher.Bracht_EN

    Hi there 🙂 Thanks for your question! If you perform our breathing technique, you should close both your nose and mouth, so you don't really breathe anymore, but just pretent to do so. This helps to create a vacuum to use up all of the residual oxygen in your lungs, allowing your shortened and tense diaphragm to expand even more and release tension. 💪 There is also a written description of our breathing technique and further tips in this article. Hit the link to discover more! 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-breath All the best Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

    I feel like breathing is difficult, like it takes a lot of effort. Normally this happens after a week or days when I run or simply walk a lot... I don't know how to improve my breath because the exercises, that supposedly help me out, cause me to feel fatigue.
