EXCITING STREET CHESS Magnus Carlsen vs Anish Giri

Ойындар

World Champion Magnus Carlsen and Dutch #1 Anish Giri go head to head in a blitz game in the park.
Employing a modified version of the Sicilian Grand Prix Attack with a3, Carlsen gets himself into a bit of trouble early on…but manages to save the game. See how in the video.
If you want some seriously amazing insights into outplaying and outlasting your opponents in the endgame from World Champion Magnus Carlsen himself, be sure to check out the Chessable course:

I’d like some seriously amazing insights into how anyone still respects Carlsen after his infantile behavior the last few weeks. The irony of editing in the zzzzzs in this video after the ludicrous claim that Hans not focusing was proof he cheated… is the fact Carlsen wasn’t fully focused on every second of this game proof he cheated? Magnus Carlsen is a joke, he’s like a little baby who happens to be good at chess and everyone thinks they have to coddle him because otherwise he’ll throw a tantrum. Sad.

@@Ballosopheraptor its just banter between two people who respect eachother and banter all the time. Magnus definitely didn't edit this video and might not even care to have a part in its making. Also I think you have gone alittle far with the hate narrative. Magnus has never done something like this before and I don't believe he would railroad someone and possibly himself out of salt and the idea that he has cheated before. He definitely handled things wrong but it was the internet that exploded 100 different directions. He believes Hans cheated and could have knowledge we don't. It's not crazy to believe that and still be open to this being a complete fail for Magnus.who will then owe a very serious apology.

Then they should also not allow other people into the playing hall. It's very easy to make a system, based on where your helper stands in the room, as an example, to give moves. They can also bring a backpack full of clothes, changing into the shirt that means whatever for cheater and helper (easier to pick up for observant staff though). I only enjoyed the interaction between Magnus and Anish, I couldn't care less about the actual game. Great game, whoever won (based on the closing scenes, Magnus won........but whatever) :D

2:19 Bb2 Qxb2 then Nc3 is winning for white. The black queen is trapped and the king is wide open.
