In a universe that employs anti-grav tech, the amount of people carrying the litter is not a good gauge of a Hutts weight. They could only be there as a steering system or even as strictly ornamental.

Except it's the Hutts. They wouldn't be so nice as to make their slaves only steer or stand there. They would be the kind of dicks that would make them carry them around on a litter without anti-grav tech

*We've never seen one so they could be underground, the Sandcrawlers are supposed to be old mining vehicles so it's possible that they all live in abandoned mines.*

Out of all the possible groups they could've put on Tatooine, why the Mods? Why not a group of disgruntled Pod Racers and mechanics? Like the Star Wars version of the Hell's Angels.

It's a nod to GL's legacy. He's always had a passion for vintage cars and motorcycles and the Mod culture in general. This was behind his writing and directing American Graffiti and his car collection. He was a bit of a fan of the Mod Gangs of Europe - primarily England - that was an extension of the American Muscle Car movement. Power Ranger colors aside, I rather like the idea of Tatooine having Mod Squads. Probably the children and grandchildren of the old Podracers, who may have been shut down by The Empire.

What if Boba Fett’s faction was actually formidable? I like the cadre of elite fighters in the show that form his inner circle like Fennec and Black Krrsantan. The rancor was also a nice addition to Fett's arsenal. However, a crime boss needs an army to hold power. He would have far more Gamorrean guards and other mercenaries, that were left over from the previous daimyo. He would also have a few skiffs and starships. The Mods are the only thing that I would replace. Imagine a fearsome biker gang, that combined the Mods and the Kintan Striders into one faction. Each bike would be armed to the teeth (maybe some of the bikes have shark teeth decals to donate a more aggressive style).The bikers, themselves, would have cybernetic implants that made them more dangerous in battle. Flamethrowers, vibroblades, tasers - these cybernetics are not just for show. Fett should also have at least some ground armor, like a tank or a few land speeders. My vote goes to an AAT. With these changes, I think it would be more believable that Boba Fett could defend his territory.

Also, everyone complaining about this series "Boba Fett isn't a badass", meanwhile Boba just gonna murder the fuck out of the whole Kintan Striders gang. Yep...Boba, what a softy.

Ummmmm..... The speeder bike gang took the name of the Kintan Strider (from the Dejarik pieces, not the planet), not the Nikto homeworld.

Based on size alone I'd guess the Hutt's to weight 800-1500 lbs each. 600 way too low - Next spin off on TLC, weight loss intervention, "From HUTT to HOT, and we don't mean Tatooine!"

Tatooine was the farthest thing from the bright spot of the universe and Luke Skywalker was willing to die in war to get off of it, and his movie didn't really start until he left it. It made his dad a mass murderer. It isn't a place that should have an entire series based on it. I really don't give a flying F why the stiff Fett wants to be a big fish in that little pond.
