    In winters practice opposite of the pranayam left inhale right exhale ( Surya bhedi pranayam) and this one is chandrabhedi pranayam

    So, technique one is: Shitkari 3×3, Shitali 3×3, Chandra bhedana 7-10 . And, technique two is: Shitkari/Shitali inhale, left nostril exhale. For how many rounds? Kindly confirm if the understanding is correct, and second technique repetition number. Thank you 🙏🏻
