+rowan mclellan There is a story in Larry Gellar's book: If I Can Dream that Elvis told. He said his father saw a blue light around their house when Elvis was born. They were too poor to go to the hospital to have Elvis there. Whether the story is true or not only Vernon, Elvis's father who told the story would know for sure.
