    Totally how many minutes should the dough be kneaded. 7 minutes on medium speed. Prior to that?

    U cant expect the similar taste with wwf when using all purpose flour

    There is difference between both the recipes and i have separate recipe to make whole wheat buns.. but i will highly recommend u to not use only wwf as the texture and the taste is different

    U can go for 50-50 for bothe flour
