    As an endurance guy, I can pull 40kg 50 times which is the same volume, so that's a really poor metric (my 1 rep max is only 85kg)

    You can pull 40 kilograms 50 times because 40 kilograms is absolutely nothing on deadlifts. Thats like saying you can rep out 50 bicep curls when youre using a 3 kilogram dumbbell.

    Shidelerdan The ogre I’ve seen a few lifters pull 800+ with that textbook arched spine but even here I don’t think he’s actually rounding. That’s just what your back looks like when you’re braced really well and your lats are locked in (which can almost like like you’re doing a quarter of a crunch) with a ton of muscle mass.

    I take an interest in these kind of videos because I was a powerlifter myself. From 5 reps I pulled 325 kgs @115 kg Bodyweight 35 years of age. Now I'm 53 and 100 kgs and I don't deadlift because of the potential for injury and I don't compete anymore.

    One thing I notice with all Eddie's feats of strength is that he never makes it easy for himself. Squats to full depth, benches without trying to bounce the bar off his chest, etc. Not easy when he's handling these insane weights.

    @@jwatson181 tbh Thor didn't need to walk 'away' because that was his home gym and he basically went to the next room. Also put on fucking 30 kilos of muscle mass at 180 kilos bodyweight and took fucking 4 years just to beat that by 1 single kilo, with basically same RPE (FYI, Eddie passed out because he held it for 6 whole fucking seconds just to prove that he could as that weight was thought to be unliftable and no one beleive he would do it, whereas Thor didn't take a microsec time to let it go as soon as MVM raised the down signal) Most importantly, your boy Thor will always be the second person to lift 500 kg, after 30 kilo gains and 4 years time, at a home gym 🤣🤣🤣

    @Schwanzus Longus Eddie did 420 x 3 beltless too, which is insane. Thor did a suited 440 x 3. The suit might add 10-30kg depending on the person, so can't say for sure who's stronger but id say its highly likely that Thor will pull 501 or more

    Eddiie sir u arn not strongest human even if u lift 500kg because your weight was 175kg+ that is only 2.8times of your body weight. But there are many who lift 3.5 times therebody weight= hence i proved in reality 😁😊😊😊🙏. Reply me please 😎😎😎.
