    @@yeetfeet1878 Eddie of course would have gotten a 1000lb+ deadlift. Its likely he may have been able to get 1025-1040lb deadlift with a little time after the 500kg dead training specifically within a powerlifting sanctioned meet. A 1000lb squat was actually within his grasp. Here getting 750lb for a 7 count but good for a 9 or 10 definetly gives him a 900lb squat this day possibly. If he really prepped during this time he may have been good for 950lb-975lbs. Eddie has always been a 600lb bencher during his prime years easy pause. Likely 650lbs. If he peaked its likely he may have had a 675lb bench. All coming together with a dash of luck I see a 1020lb dead, a 965lb squat and a 665lb bench if he trained for a year after the 500kg dead for powerlifting. This is WELL within his capabilities and has hit these numbers or very close a times in his career in the gym. Prepping specifically I do believe a 2650lb total was there.

    He probably is wearing a squat suit or one of those super tight suits that compress everything. Sometimes belts restrict your movement so I guess with heavier weight you can't afford that. I don't know what I'm talking about, just guessing

    if eddie wins WSM which is his main goal. he needs to cut come weight and switch to powerlifting. he would be extremely hard to beat with a 300+ bench, a 460+ deadlift and a 400+ squat.

    joe nolan yes, he won't live past 40 being that weight at his height. He's 6'3", he's not built to carry 410lbs. Often in strong man events he passes out and stuff.

    joe nolan yeah, that's just way too heavy for his height. The likes of Brian shaw can carry that kind of weight because they're 6'8" and 6'9". But even for those two it's not a healthy optimal weight. Anyway when all is said and done eddie hall is without doubt the strongest man in the world when it comes to static events. Whether that be log press, bench press, deadlift etc you get the idea. He's the strongest.

    @King White Knight It's subpar for my weight. If I want to consider myself strong I'd have to squat in excess of 460 which is 2x my weight. That'll never happen.

    He could´ve gotten more, but I think he kinda lost his balance on the last one. So that threw him off and made the last rep pretty grindy.

    that was freaking gnarly. beltless, no sleeves or wraps, and the depth was insane... we're looking at one of the only people on earth that with 6 months of training specifically for powerlifting could rival Malanichev...

  • @ytbaccount87

    @ytbaccount87

    he can pretty much already do that in training. only malanichev squat is better but eddie dl/bench are significantly better. he's likely capable of a 1150kg total. 400squat, 450 dl, 300 bench.

    Stermor but remember he doesn't use any equipment for squats and it isn't really a focus, nor is bench, he benches probably once a month or so
