Ingredients:
3-5 frozen puff pastry sheets (defrost for a few minutes)
1lb ground pork( a little over or under is fine.
1/4 cup dried fungus mushroom (soaked in warm water)
2-3 shallots
1tsp garlic powder ( or 3 fresh garlic minced )
1tsp salt
1tsp oyster sauce
2tsp sesame oil (this will reduce the ground pork smell)
1tsp granulated sugar
1 egg
