    Thanks Kyle! I started my journey when I ended up in a small apartment on Main Street..after being used to Country Life for three-plus decades. At night I used meditation CD to block out traffic😊 Few yrs prior, I started attending Yoga. Instructor would start out with meditation on our Chakras❤ I now try to set timer in my Prayer Warrior room for 5-7 minutes seated on cushion with my back against wall with ONLY STILLNESS.. NO audios😊

    Thankyou kyle 🙏🤩 i used to use the calm app for practicing short meditations when i was unwell..still have the app but now those familiar voices remind me of that time (traumatic ) i absolutely love ur meditation and your voice and presence is soooo relaxing, do you have any longer meditation videos ? 🙂🙏❤️
