Strengthen the Root chakra to firmly ground your energy and feel safe n secure. Travis' KZread channel 'Chakra Vibrations' with chakra / tibetan singing bowls has excellent videos. I've been listening yo them for awhile now and can feel the shift. I'm little more comfortable in this body now. ❤😊

I wouldn't know about that specifically, but my educational videos are about tools that work with the nervous system. You could watch some of them and see whst you think.

Try "carotid massage" = vagus nerve massage; deep humming helped me, maybe more, when my PSVT tachycardia hit 190 bpm. Cardiologist said to dunk face in ice water--that did not seem to help. I added the carotid massage. It stopped. Now I notice deep humming on 20-sec long exhale converts my rapid heart rate back to 70ish bpm. Phew!

I've recently watched a few videos about grounding, a new concept for me. However, what I watched defined grounding as the physical (unobstructed) touching of your body to the DC (direct current) energy of the earth. Example: kzread.info/dash/bejne/fIiIrKuKobrOkZc.html I hope to hear your thoughts on this. Thank you!
