Easy Homemade Ginger Scallion Sauce under 30 Minutes

This sauce is easy to make and it’s quick. I normally eat it with steam chicken and over white rice.
The ratio between ginger and green onion is depending on you. In this recipe I have more ginger since I like more ginger.
Ingredients:
2-3 fresh ginger-peeled (mince or grind)
4-5 green onions (add more if prefer
1/2 cup avocado oil for healthy choice (vegetable works too)
1/2tsp -3/4tsp salt
