Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! What I love about your recipes is that you really capture the essence of Mediterranean cooking by using refreshingly simple, few yet flavorful ingredients to make your dishes. I just made this dish on a whim since I had 95% of the ingredients and it turned out AWESOME! The original recipe is spectacular but I had to make just a few substitutions because of dietary restrictions, etc. but this recipe is versatile so it worked well. I can't eat green onions so I substituted cucumber instead and it added a nice a little additional crunch. I also didn't have any cherry tomatoes so I added some of sundried tomatoes I had left from a previous dish. Definitely will be making this dish again!

Haha, loved the scenes with you fiddling with that lemon juicer. I too run into that situation on occassion,, but I cut the lemon in smaller pieces. For me, it's harder trying to squeeze the lemon by hand. I think I tried this recipe a while back, and it was very good.
