Dumbbell only BICEP WORKOUT!
Спорт
Alright here’s a quick and effective dumbbell only bicep workout if you’re ever limited on equipment. First up for the short head is standing bicep curls with your elbows slightly in front of your body. Really control the weight and squeeze at the top. Then standing hammer curls for the brachialis, all these exercises by the way are 3 sets of 10-12 reps, and finally for the long head to finish off the biceps, seated incline curls keep those elbows pinned back and think of dragging the weight to your armpit.
I hope that helps and subscribe for more lifting tips! #Gym #Shorts

This is pretty much the same routine I normally do, except I switch out standing bicep curls for some sort of preacher curl machine. Unfortunately, the gym I was at today didn't have one, and I'm not too big of a fan of using a dumbbell/bench set up, since you lose tension at the top. Standing bicep curls allow you to let your elbows travel a little forward while really emphasizing the squeeze at the top for a much better contraction in my opinion. Love these straight to the point, no BS routine clips. So sick and tired of influencers explaining every exercise in a YT short, taking up all the time with little to no room left for actual exercises. Would love a compilation of just these clips, 3 exercises for biceps, triceps, lats and traps, chest, glutes and thighs, 3 best exercises for each muscle group
Max is by far one of my favourite gym KZreadrs, he's so quick and simple at explaining, he doesn't bull shit any viewers and his workouts are good🔥
My favorite most honest natty on the internet.
i'm going to start doing this for biceps simply because impractical jokers is on in the background
Dude Max I just gotta say I’ve been following you for the past year and damn bro that bulk really do be looking nice especially in a shirt you looking good👌

Why is it veiny
Max has impeccable bicep genetics too. If you look carefully the distance between the end of his long head and the elbow joint is really less. Meaning his muscle underbelly is huge hence the massive size of his biceps. Also he has worked incredibly hard to achieve it but the aesthetic he carries is also a direct result of his great genetics. Kudos to him for working so hard to actually reach the true potential of his body.
Man's getting bigger

I have been doing these workouts and I def see my bicep gettin a little big lol

Ur arms r huge boss
You have third leg damn
If you have the dumbbells by your side curling upwards with a neutral on standing dumbbell curls the twist works the short head, the long head and also incorporate some of the brachialis. So overall Dumbbell curls is all you would need for biceps but I would recommend this workout if you have time
Nice
I do this exact workout pull day, but 8 reps 3 sets for time reasons
I usually just did the incline dumbbell curl but I guess I can incorporate the standing one
wow ma bro look bigger than before 💪
I can only do 8 of the seated inclined, is that fine on the first time. 😢
Can you do triceps please?
For me I left using the bar for biceps because my right biceps is way bigger than my left one so I know by this move that both of left and right biceps are lifting the same weight
The hammer curl dosen’t actually target the brach. It’s still mostly biceps. Do reverse curls instead much more effective.
Great exercises, but you should watch Ryan Humiston’s video where he test which muscles the exercises hit and the first and last are actually reversed.
where do you get those shirts? they look amazing
How often should you work your arms? Biceps and triceps ? Thanks
Jesus Christ those arms are massive, how many inches?
9 sets in total, would 12 also be alright? I usually do four sets for each movement.

From what I've heard, i think 12 is ok-ish but a volume of 10 sets is the most optimal per week.

@@pingu2481 Tbh, it’s highly subjective. Some people out there benefit from lower volume way more. For example, beginners.
Im watching, what i do regularly 🤣lol 👍👍 nice bro.

Do you do them one after another or multiple sets each or on different days?
Hey.. Is Hammer curls a Biceps Exercise I mean I count it as a Exercise for my Brachialis muscle.. Please tell Should I count it in my Direct Bicep training?
You look amazing so much muscle, can you do a updated day in life with diet macros, having hard time to understand my own macros and calories at the time so would be fun to watch how your thoughts go about this !
Why 3 sets of 12 abs not 4 if this is the only amount of volume you recommend?
Is there any tips in standing curl part because when does this.. my neck hurts all the time
Alrr so I’m going to try SSS Seated Standing hammer curl Standing normal curl 😂

impractical joker at the TV 🤣
If i cant do 10-12 reps throughout all the sets should i lower weight?
What's the difference of effect between stand-up and seated??
im doing seated incline curls and my arm gives out at around 9 reps at 15 pounds per dumbell and i finish off the set with 10 pound dumbbells. should i just be doing the whole set at 10 or continue my current method? idk if this is an option or not but i was also thinking of just sticking with 15 and wait a couple seconds to recover to finish the last few reps. of these three idk which is best so any advice would be helpful
