Just try this recipe and eat it as a cake..it is the best recipe on youtube...the cake melts in the mouth as it is moist and vvvvvv tasty.I stopped searching for fruitcake recipes on youtube now.

@@thehhwedding888 just bake in a round tin just once …. as a normal cake !!! it is the bestest cake ever !! for biscotti you will have to cut it into slices and bake it again till they bake crisp!!

timimg is 30-40 min or till done …. depends upon your oven

Ive been receiving free dried fruits,and cant possibly eat it all. This video was beautiful and inspirational,now i have a great tasty way to get rid of my dried fruits.

I have been making these for years. Absolutely perfect every single time. Follow the recipe to the T and you get the best biscotti you can have. Perfect balance of butter and sugar along with the dry fruits. I keep experimenting and added some semi sweet choco chips too, why not ?

Hi Ella, can I use candied fruit instead of dried fruit in this recipe? I have so many leftovers and would like to use them in the biscotti.

I used almond extract in place of vanilla and added almond slivers with the fruit- punches up almond flavor. Great recipe . Sixth time making them🥰
