I made these two days ago and they came out sooooo good. I tried another coconut macaroon recipe the same day and this one was the only one that came out perfect. The other one didn’t come out well. I plan to make this recipe again next time I want coconut macaroons

I only watched the first one it wasn't very good if you're going to show people how to make chocolate designs you should at least show them how to temper it so it looks beautiful and shiny that look dull and pretty bad

Twice baked potato with egg on top. I can cook this dish. It's simple and non-standard.
I tried to make them today, but the granulated sugar with water, which should be at 118 degrees, always turned out to be caramel. I didn't even make it to 118 degrees, a maximum of 90 because it always formed caramel and when I put it in the egg whites, it did form a cream, but it wasn't good. Can someone give me some advice please?
