I had to stop eating all mass produced wheat products. I still eat locally baked ancient grain bread with all of my symptoms from "wheat" consumption are now completely gone. I know, shocking! I had hyperthyroid, eczema, psoriasis, hypertension, very bad insomnia from the hyperthyroid. I changed my shirt six times a day due to intense under arm sweating. Bright red rashes covered my arms and legs. Someone told me about the poison being sprayed on wheat so I decided to try cutting out poisoned wheat to see what happened. I cut all poisoned wheat out of my diet and nothing else. Guess what? Every chronic syndrome I had completely reversed. I would have never believed it had I not experienced it myself. And yes, I still eat wheat. Just not the poisoned crap and I never will ever again and neither will anyone in my family, EVER. After ten years of trying every medicinal approach, both natural and western, and having nothing work, all I had to do was stop eating the poison our wonderful farmers are producing for our dinner tables and restaurants. My question is, how it is at that such willful ignorance and the carrying out of such a dangerous and disgusting practice can go on? How is this possible? I want to know what happened to critical thinking? Farmers are actually spraying poison onto field of food meant for human consumption. And their response is, "Um, well, we were told it's not harmful to mammals". Note to the uneducated, ignorant people holding our lives in their hands... human beings are not a single organism. We are a biosphere of trillions of bacteria. DID YOU HEAR THAT? You can not feed us a poison that kills the bacteria that make up a large aspect of our biological mechanism and expect us to be healthy. Wake the fuck up. I'm sorry. I have been sick for a long time and I think I have the right to be angry and say that anyone who engages in this poisoning is fucking sick, self centered, inconsiderate assholes. So my message is, fuck you you fucking assholes. How fucking dare you. you stole part of my life for what? That is fucking megalomaniacal and insane.

I stand as a witness to this courageous woman's Revelations . My microbiome has been ruined by Glyphosate use . Over twenty years problems With my digestive system . Now I have hope , and in fact am starting to feel better since giving up wheat products and other similarly treated crops. May God protect her in Jesus' Name .

Dr. Seneff--My husband and I have long avoided the use of poisons where we could (we have yet to find a nontoxic way of effectively dealing with flies!), largely from suspicions on our part and a concern for the wildlife on our property, particularly frogs and snakes. Your speaking out is evidence to support our practices and more. Thank you for having the courage to share your knowledge and insight. I hope in time it will be possible to overcome the stranglehold that our sociopathic industrial marketing complex has over our thinking, and bring these truths to the forefront. If people knew and understood, our lives, our environment, everything that matters would be affected in a positive way. It is heartbreaking that the public forum too often excludes well-researched, scientific-data driven information. Kudos to you for chipping away at those constraints.

I've opted out, my family has opted out and we are doing so much better off GE foods and now doing only organics to the best of our ability. The only time we get sick is when we eat out even at Whole Foods. I'm done being part of this experiment on the North American people.

Laurie Olson LittleMadOne78 I must agree with Laurie Olson. After switching to nearly 100% organic and/or non-GMO food in our home, I see a significant change in my younger son's focus, sleeping and overall mood/attitude. Logically speaking, Monsanto (and the like) have much to gain, monetarily, to cover up the truth and they have the deep pockets to do it. Dr. Stephanie Seneff is incredibly well respected and has significantly less to gain, by giving her professional opinion on the subject. Wishing both of you well. LittleMadOne78 your replies do sound mad. ;)

Goind to a "pecticide-free agriculture" is huge challenge since plants that resist pests are extremely healthy and to become extremely healthy they need a lot of minerals. Since the soils are soaked with roundup that binds to these minerals, simply using a fertilizer with lots of added minerals will have little effect unless we find a harmless neutraliser for glyphosate. Furthermore, the old levels of good soil bacteries that glyphosate killed, must be restored.

"Since the soils are soaked with roundup..." You state that as though it were proven fact. One of us has no clue what the word "soaked" really means. There are far more effective means of killing soil bacteria than using glyphosate. Tilling the soil is a good example

Common sense must prevail. Impossible to "study" synergistic effects of vast number of synthetic chemicals in the environment esp given individual genetic variability in metabolism. Gather information: AVOID ALL CHEMICALS, as much as possible. Remember Gulf War Syndrome, and how these vets were initially treated by the medical establishment - as one public example. Look around at family & friends: do a tally of the number of prescription drugs and new illnesses.

jonf805 If clarifying language on a controversial issue makes me an ass, then so be it. Yes, I do know what is meant by "chemical" -- " of, relating to, used in, or produced by chemistry or the phenomena of chemistry." In other words, everything around us, right down to the blood in our bodies and the water we drink. You may know what you mean when you say "chemical", but without commonly accepted precise definitions, meaningful discourse becomes nearly impossible. And don't even get me started on the word "natural."

Really, when frogs are growing extra legs (really a twin that is not formed but this is common as of late) and when there is glyphosates in breast milk and urine and there are no labs who will test humans for this, there is something going on with a product and a company that is fraudulent and dangerous.

Andy Gee Choosing a paper that confirms your bias, ignoring all papers against it, finding two variables that increase, insisting that these variables correlate without addressing variables to control for and then insisting that this 'correlation' is a causation that will cause 50% of all kids to have Autism in 10 years is the quintessence of what a crackpot does. Her paper is astonishing in how decidedly it ignored all other sources.

tee stevens 1) Having Autism and being mental retarded are not the same thing. 2) The modern terminology is Autism Spectrum Disorders which includes Autism, Asperger's and two other much less common disorders. Asperger's shows up with a similar frequency as Autism. So her claim is either about 25% or about 50% of kids. 3) Whether her claim is about 25% or 50% of kids is irrelevant. The glaring problems I pointed out with her methodology are her primary obstacle to legitimacy. And she has never shown any sign of or even willingness to address those problems.

i got a little ways into the somewhat related video, and noticed the man speaking made a mistake in explaining about the bt toxin in gmo corn... it is not an herbicide as he says, but actually an insecticide.... Bt corn is a variant of maize that has been genetically altered to express one or more proteins from the bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis.[8] The protein is poisonous to certain insect pests and is widely used in organic gardening.[9] The European corn borer causes about a billion dollars in damage to corn crops each year.[10] i did not have time to listen to the whole one hour lecture, but this mistake will make his lecture a bit less credible, and give gmo supporters an excuse to blow away the whole lecture i suspect... i am certainly against gmo crops, but hope in the future those making arguments will get their facts clearer...

"I think, I think, I think" Where is the data? Obesity is correlated with glyphosate use? It is also correlated with the rise in video game use. Can't find a company to test glyphosate levels in urine samples in the US? She 'works' at MIT (when not on tour). Don't they have the equipment to do that? She claims glyphosate was found in 90 of soy samples tested, but at what level?

Gloria Lewis So you link to the paper that her talk is based on, that ALSO has no DATA. It is just a bunch of inferences and suppositions based on no data. It is the equivalent of saying "GMO corn was grown in the same state where 5 autism cases occured, so GMO corn must cause autism!" This is a classic case of correlation does not mean causation!

Hey, Benny. I don't need a corporate shill, doctor, scientist, crooked government to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. I've been off gmo food for one year. After one week off gmo food, two symptoms that I had recently begun having disappeared. By three months off gmo food, I was completely off gerd drugs. I also have an infant family member that I've watched on and off gmo food. Chemical companies and the American and Canadian governments are poisoning people that eat your "substantially equivalent," (lmfao) pesticide sprayed food. My advice to you is get in school and learn a new career. Food manufacturers are listening to us consumers and the tipping point is happening. Organic companies are selling like crazy; Amy's kitchen is opening a new factory; people are finding farmers close to them to buy their meat. Chipotle is going all non gmo by the end of the year. (FYI folks see "Farmed and Dangerous" on Hulu. Funny as hell but educating at the same time.) Oh, VERY IMPORTANT, Monsanto is testing gmo grass and Scott's Miracle Grow will be selling it. Please visit Scott's on Facebook and give them a piece of your mind.

Everything she mentions about the glyphosate on wheat is true except for one thing right at the end. She said something about the glyphosate being on your breakfast cereal. What she conveniently "forgot" to mention is that the glyphosate use on wheat that she is talking about ***is only allowed on wheat and barley for livestock feed.*** So it can't end up in your breakfast cereal. This is just further evidence that she is speaking not from a position of actual knowledge of the subject, but from her "research." Another proud graduate of KZread University.

Aminda R. Courtwright You're right about that -- glyphosate is the active ingredient in Roundup, which is used on some crops. But her comment was specifically regarding wheat. When used on wheat which might go into the human food chain, it's not allowed. I'll admit I don't know about other countries, so all of this is just for US farmers and crops. The EPA determines what uses are allowed for all pesticides, so it was their determination that a direct to humans use was not allowed on wheat. The only situations where Roundup is found in the human food chain is in processed foods. Miniscule amounts might be found in ingredients like corn syrup, corn starch, corn meal, soy protein isolates, soy-based vegetable oils, canola-based vegetable oils, etc. You get the idea. US farmers find this kind of information about where, when, and how pesticides are allowed or not allowed to be used on the product label. Since the US provides hefty fines and other consequences for not following the label ("the label is the law" is a common phrase), smart farmers will not take a chance on using a pesticide in an off-label manner.
