That's exactly I was thinking. He cheated during the first few month of marriage. She could've walked away but chose to forgive him and stay. I don't get people who torture themselves about abstinence. If it wasn't important enough to stick to them why is it important enough to torture yourself over? I don't really get abstinence at all, but I'm not judging anyone. I just have to say that you can't blame someone for your choice to have sex. You consented to do it. You made that choice. Don't deflect blame because you feel guilty. But it is sad that people feel guilty for engaging in perfectly human behavior. If you choose not to have sex, that's fine. But don't blame people when you choose to sleep with them.

MartianBlues Abstinence means something different to everyone. I am abstinent. I love it. I didn't have a choice losing my virginity, it was taken. It is nice for me but everyone has their own reasons. It's not natural for everyone. I also married before. I wasn't really that into it then my ex one day while drunk pulled a shot gun and wanted it. Therapy helps but I think I will pass on intercourse.

twistedblktrekie I'll add to both sides of argument. me and my husband both work. so yes we both bring home money however I do the cleaning and cooking mostly. this is because he was raised by his grandparents. he saw his gramma take care of household and grandpa bring home money. in my opinion...that's instilled in him. also even though we make the same amount just about yearly.. he prefers to pay the most..... for example. he prefers for me to pay lightbill and hell pay the rent. even though we make the same. I guess its a masculine thing to be the provider. also. I have 2 degrees and it is EASIER for me to get jobs and job interviews for jobs my degrees have nothing to do with .. its weird but it works. I never find a problem with getting into a new career because of it.

She is being kicked down by this guy, she has a right to save herself if he cannot be financial responsible. I rarely disagree with judge, but if I was her I would have left years ago.

I dont get the female. God told her not to marry him but she did, thats on her not on him. And why the hell after fourteen years of marriage is she even bringing that up. Is she for real. As for the comment I posted, I'm not disregarding his behavior...at all. People are free to their opinions and beliefs, we live in a world where we have a choice. However, fake people are in church and fake people are in the club, fake people are on our jobs, and fake people are in our family. But people dont stop going yo the club and their jobs etc. because fake people are there. The church is not a place for perfect people. It's supposed to be a place where broken people can be healed and made better by living for Christ. Have all churches accomplished that, absolutely not. But generally, people aren't as hard on the fake people in the club as they are on the fake people who go to church

Honestly, I think he might want the marriage to work but he needs to run! She doesn't love him and she never wanted it. She was looking for every corner, every avenue and every minute thing to hold so she could use it against him to get out. Let that woman leave. She's crazy. Blaming the church for her mistakes....smt

This woman is really dealing with internal struggles. I think she resents the husband for exploiting her weaknesses. It’s best that they separate because she’s broken. She isn’t grounded or confident in herself. He was able to sway her this way and that way. She didn’t like it or the results of it, but didn’t have the wherewithal to stop it. I think she saw the divorce as the only way to stop him from having that type of control over her.

Credit companies don't forgive. After she filed for bankruptcy he STILL wouldn't pay his bills. The best thing he could have done to prove himself, was pay the dental bill. She's drowning, and his foot is on her head.

She is condescending and while she holds up her "religious faith" she doesn't exercise it...there is no limit of "forgiveness" when you proclaim perfection-

She's miserable, let her go. You failed her. Plus she feels regret marrying him. WISH her all the best.

This is too real and too sad, I truly do believe she regretted marrying him and could not be happy.

I'm 2 minutes in and she's mentioned her imaginary friend told her she shouldn't sleep with him before marriage. Someone who actually believes they are hearing voices telling them what to do would make me run a mile.

I wouldn't have let him have control over my credit, he knew it was there to use and she should have figured out he's not responsible financially...just because we are married WHY is my credit up for grabs...she will fix her credit without HIM !!!

from day 1 she knew he didn’t feel like the right one and ever since then she’s been counting reasons to leave, there was no way it’d ever work out.

Wow...the judge just blew this episode away with her analysis....the wife clearly has some issues and is indeed convinced that because she fornicated in the inception of their relationship the failure of it is inevitable. It is like once the smoke has cleared, she is disgusted with what happened and is disgusted with this "devil" that had forced her to betray God. She was absolutely annoying as she was nice to look at ( however, I must say it was hard to see her beauty when all the ugliness came out). She interrupted and messed up the flow of the show. She downplayed her involvement and cheating...she almost implied she was coerced/sexually forced to have sex with the man...even though she admitted she was very attracted to him. It is crazy how people want to pick and choose what they want to practice from their holy scriptures/ practices....forgiveness IS universal and very essential...she is unforgiving and (cringingly) scathing....really, who is she? The judge was totally correct with this woman's mental state; she has problems that need to be addressed. It is obvious this woman is done...let's see if she is satisfied with the next man. A woman (even as pretty as she is) will most likely end up being alone, ultimately.

I totally agree with the finance issue. I work hard for everything I own, and if I had to file bankruptcy because someone fell to hold their end of the bargain, it’ll be hard for me to let that go.

If she's leaving him because she's looking for a "PERFECT" man, it's not going to happen. A relationship has its ups and down and the best part is if you have a man who is willing to sit and discuss what is upsetting you. If he doesn't want to listen and really doesn't care about your feelings then its fair to separate but from the looks of this case, he doesnt seem like someone who does not want to work it through.

I have sympathy for the lady. She was right to divorce; but she should give herself a break with all this religious thing.

As petty as these two are, they are both very attractive.

She sleeps around also and calling Gods name.. Let her go and sleep around! I feel sorry for her.

The judge is a bit wrong in saying "It doesn't matter if he told you before or after you're engaged. That's not important. What's important is that he married you". I totally disagree. If a woman tells me BEFORE we're engaged it gives me a chance to decide if I want to get engaged to her. If she tells me AFTER we're engaged, that's full blown deception. That's why she told the judge "He betrayed me". She should of said "He deceived me". That is what he did.

What in the actual hell?? This woman is a bit off. Nobody can force a grown person to do anything unless it's by force. How did they even get through 14 years if she's regretting marrying him in the first place??

In all fairness to her I think he was a disappointment. She went against her Christian principles for him and he still cheated on her so early in the game. He work on his own time, she had a 9-5 but yet he left all the chores on her. Then after the 08 financial meltdown he still acted irresponsibly and tarnished her good credit again. I understand why she's bitter. He failed her. But she's young, beautiful and wiser now so once she gets her divorce she can move on and find happiness.

This girl seriously has a lost soul and spirit, she really needs help fr!
