The actions of the past make the present and shape the future. For a few hundred years and still doing it, rich North Western countries are plundering poorer countries, polluting their ecosystems, brought about climate change which is not so slowly making earth inhabitable( particularly in the southern emisphere), bringing about unstable countries in the process and here we wander why other fellow human beings want to try to have a better life elsewhere????? There are plenty of vacancies not being filled like in the NHS, in care, in teaching, in manuel labor ( think fruits and vegetables rotting in fields) etc.... We are being manipulated by a few very rich people who control medias and want things to stay the way they are. The truth is there are plenty of resources on earth to satisfy everyone. Greed is the problem.
