Maybe I'm showing my age but when I was younger, a visit to the doctor included a close examination of the patient. The doctor looked into my ears and eyes with lighted instrument, looked dowm my throat using a tongue depressor, checked heartbeat with a stethoscope as well as having a good look at the face and hands. Nowadays, the GP stands across the room behind a computer keyboard and asks questions. Seems to me doctors can miss a lot with this hands off approach. Anyone else notice this too? Is this how modern doctors are now trained?

(god said this to satan the sneak, who tempted eve & adam) this fullfilled in christ, god came as man and died for the sins of the whole world, that we never have to go to hell for our sins, because we humans arent able to keep the law, its only there to show us the need of a saviour. christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again on the 3rd day, the one(christ) who god the father put the sins of the whole world(he took our punishment - the wrath(the just for us(world, you,me) unjust)) rose on the 3rd day from the dead, he is the living proof of the payment, god accepted his blood sacrifice(yes without shedding of blood is no remisiion ,the blood of jesus did an atonement(at one momnet without sins) for the whole world in heaven. the induvidual(you,me) to receive(getting saved/born again(4ever sealed with the holy spirit, which u cannot lose), its by believing the gospel personal, you trusting because of that christ as u saviour, you abandoing all grounds, hopes, work in youself and fully rely on christ finished work and his shed blood to bring u into heaven/to wash u clean form all sins do you accept it ?

As to " going back to Medieval times.." You are demonstrating the unfortunate ignorance of many. As a wise man once said " Let thy food be thy medicine , thy medicine thy food". Or " You are , what you eat". Nutritional deficiency is the norm now , Industrial Agriculture has stripped the soil . You must start at the foundation of nutrition for health. The allopathic system is a sickness model leading to more sickness , not cures.

"a lot of auto-immune diseases are caused by losses" That is exactly my experience. When my mother was dying, I got a bad fever that just didn't go away, and had terribly red eyes. Doctors, even in a hospital, didn't ask me what was going on in my personal life and just prescribed antibiotics. It turns out I had an Iritis (inflammation of my eye's iris) caused by an auto-immune disorder -- my body was treating my eyes as a foreign object, and was attacking my irises. I would have gone blind if one eye doctor hadn't at some point figured it out. A few doses of cortizone, and I was good again, but the experience was unsettling.

Actually autoimmune conditions can be caused from severe emotional pain/abuse which could include loss - increases to cortisol from shock or sustained abuse, especially childhood trauma. Sadly, parents don't think verbal and emotional abuse to kids is bad but it becomes autoimmune disease in adulthood

Autoimmune disease comes from vaccine injury which triggers the body's immune response to fight the virus inside the vaccine, but instead the body turns on itself and attacks another part of the body. Hashimotos is an Autoimmune disease. I used to have this and have healed from it with diet, flouride free water, supplements like selenium and iodine, vit d, and sunlight. And no more vaccines ever. Not for you and not for any of your children because it runs in genes of families. My mother also had the same disease. Many people with this go undiagnosed and just think they are having trouble losing weight or feeling tired or having lower heart rate, blood pressure, constipation, slower menstrual cycles, etc.

Dr. Berg is so awesome. My daughter went to a college having major COVID-19 financial problems/after 1 year she went into psychosis and had a mental breakdown. I've heard of this stuff, but to actually experience it was unlike anything before. Did the doctors help??NO. They put her on all these crazy drugs making everything worse. I pulled her out of the college and followed Dr. Bergs teachings and I'm telling you; it's so true. What you put into your body matters. She is on a slow path to herself again. Her multivitamin didn''t have zinc in it; she ate way too many carbs. And after 2 months of the roller coaster, I could tell she's starting to come back to her old self. Less carbs, more fish, multivitamin a must. It's incredible to see the difference.

He was diagnosed with schizophrenia and is currently hospitalized after my family tried our best to care for him. Studies show that keto is the best treatment for seizures and also psychosis so I would love to put him in a keto diet and supplements but he just won’t listen. Our situation is an absolute nightmare but I’m glad your daughter is recovering. Its comforting to know there is hope with nutrition.

Medical Doctors often have zero training in nutrition, and what they don't know doesn't exist. Egos on show right there. Never referring to allied health (physio, chiro, dental, dieticians, naturopath etc) is a chronic problem. Back pain? Here have some oxy 😑.

My wellness journey started 15 years ago, everything you are saying is true, when I took out carbs and sugars my PCOS reversed and I was able to get pregnant and my face cleared up. My OBGYN only recommended birth control, never once mentioned changing my diet, she also told me I would probably never have children and walked out of the room leaving me with a prescription for birth control pills that I never took. I am currently on a low arginine diet to keep cold sore outbreaks down. I would get 7 or 8 a month sometimes, now I get 2 a YEAR. I no longer consume any nuts, seeds, quinoa, blueberries, oranges, cucumbers, raisins, granola, oatmeal, wheat germ, nut butters, black tea. All of those foods are considered healthy but my body was going crazy every time I ate those foods. My glands would swell and I was in a constant state of feeling like I was catching a cold all my life. These foods also affected my ears and I would get ear infections yearly. I am a natural stressor so while I do believe that stress affects cold sore outbreaks, my outbreaks seem to be tied primarily to those foods. It has been 5 years on a low arginine and it is working. An employee at the health food store in my area mentioned not eating nuts to me because of my constant cold like symptoms. I went home that day and researched and took all of those foods out of my diet and my life changed. I rarely catch a cold now, when I do the duration is short and my symptoms are manageable. I was already thin so when I took out the nuts and nut butters I lost 7 pounds that I have not been able to get back, I have learned how to use hypertrophy and flexing to my advantage and build muscle so I don't look as thin. I appreciate this knowledge. Cheers to you!

I love your education. I got rid of years of rosacia in a week when I visited Volcanoes National Park on the Big Island. I was drinking the local county water and eating two to three small papayas daily. I had tried lots of things on the mainland. No derma doc ever suggested antibiotics. I later got rid of a 30 year full forehead t bar milasma and brown face patches. Again, new locality on Oahu using only an liquified organic noni on my face and in a month no more dark brown areas so I was able to quit wearing daily concealer and foundation. I had also started to eat meats there and lost 30 pounds. I am 72 and just started to do intermittent fasting last year. My gastro issues are nearly gone. Moving into real KETO now. I could hardly believe it would work after decades of diets. Thank you for all you do.

Thanks for sharing these 18 things, Dr. Berg. At 7:52 you said, "What's the best probiotic? Sauerkraut because...." In my opinion, it's important to point out the difference between fermented sauerkraut (which contains probiotics and is what you're referring to, I think) found in your grocer's refrigerated section, and sauerkraut found on grocery store shelves (at room temperature). The highest probiotic count is found in sauerkraut batches you can make at home because it is fermented longer - but it's important to use proper methods.
