Accepting campaign contributions even in kind without reporting them is illegal. The reason for not reporting them was to hide the existence of the NDA.

Trump is winning in every poll. Voters see that this case is a scam. It is not illegal to suppress a story. As a billionaire or powerful person, or a politician people are always wanting to sell a real or made-up story to damage someone in hopes of getting $$. Biden's people went to Twitter to suppress the REAL Hunter laptop story just before the election.
