@@celuler22 This is a state case. The election interference trial in Georigia is a state case. The only 2 federal cases are: 1) The coup attempt; both law and judicial decision determined first in the late 1880s then expanded in the early 1920s that speech inciting or inflaming people to violence is not protected (called Immediate Unlawful Action), so not 1st Amendment, as he's trying to claim. 2) The classified documents case, which has been in Cannon's hands for nearly 1.5 years. It can only be concluded the reason she's dragging this out is because she's violating her own oath to help him avoid consequences. For the record, the LAW stipulates that all classified documents are owned by NARA, not the president. The PRA doesn't say what a president can do with records but is 880 pages of what one can NOT do. Additionally, it's NARA that defines the process of declassification which involves informing all interested parties that the information is now declassified, so that information is not accidentally used in derivative classification (thus making it classifed again, which is a power ONLY for the original classification authority - i.e. the person who created the document in the first place). The counter to your arugument is simple. One does not need to lie if one does not violate the law. (EDIT: fixed a spelling error)

The U.S.A has, by far, the highest pregnancy death rate of all the developed countries in the world, and higher than some developing countries. These unnecessary deaths are due to the states that have closed down Family Planning Clinics. I have noticed that people keen on banning/ criminalising abortions are those who have no knowledge of the subject. For example, I am guessing that you aren't aware that miscarriages are common, and that it is also common for a miscarriage not to 'complete', and an abortion is required to complete the miscarriage to prevent the person developing sepsis and other complications that could prevent them staying alive, and potentially having babies in the future.

WOW, I hope the judge take one of the 3 alternative approaches on how to handle the ruling on Trump's Gag Order hearing. Loved all three.

Goodness so news outlets that get stories..both free and paid for interviews..are liable for not reporting them as campaign contributions if they decide not to run with them and print them and they could affect a candidate?

New York state law prohibits ANY recording of "compulsory proceedings" [by outside sources], of which, witness testimony is one such.

Only way that'd happen is if they were allowed to edit anything said to their liking. They don't want you to think anything other than what they tell you to think. You'll never find anything Trump said on this "news" channel without it being taken out of context or deceptively edited.

@@1Storm6 Well, it makes sense, but it's not logical, or reasonable. Trials, except under the most stringent circumstances, are public. Therefore, media coverage of them should be allowed for the consumption of that public. Many states allow it, New York is just archaic and backwards in this respect, just as they are when it comes to obtaining transcripts of trials.

Pecker's testimony has gone limp, just like PmSNBC.

Individual trump is a prime example of someone who despises democracy and freedom, but who loves taking advantage of it until having garnered enough power to put an end to it for everyone else. This is what trump aims for, and he could not be more transparent about it.
