    initially we loose weight because of waterloss in the body..that's why we can witness immediate results..once waterloss over based on the body weight 3-10kg weight loss is easy just because of water weight loss ..after that it's highly tough.. because fat loss is highly difficult..we need to workout, 10,000 steps a day will support..only these diet plans doesn't work in long run.. waterloss is easy, not fat loss..be mindful 😊
