1 tsp, Turmeric Powder
1 cup, Coconut Water
Cayenne powder, To Taste (Optional)

½ Grapefruit (sub for orange)
2 sticks, Celery
1 tbsp, Aloe Vera

Currently drinking the Purple Smoothie 🫐🍌💜 I added 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, it’s delicious! But wanted to ask if that’s a right amount or should it be less? 😬

Same here! I will try all of the m as well as create a Watermelon Smoothie! This is just the Change Up to my routine that Ive been looking for! Now … to find best quality fruits for least price. Frozen berries at Grocery outlet ! Yum 😋. Where can I find Dragon Fruit ? Wait, was that this you tube or previous … I think previous ! I’ll get back with lbs lost! I do expect to drop lbs and will try entire program for 20 days minimum - hopefully 60 days at least … 😅

do you nurse these all day or drink the entire jar. I've had a few surgeries in the last year and put on about 30lbls. Currently I had face surgery two weeks ago so exercising has been a real problem. I'll follow your smoothie plan, just need to know if its a sip it all day drinK? lol sorry for such a stupid question.

How many calories do these have, Iam doing thar fitness plan and Iam tracking what I eat
I would recommend you to wash your dates before using them. They are only dried fruits, yes! but also treated badly with several chemicals to prevent being eaten of any bugs.

Because smoothies are already partly digested (blended) you absorb a lot more nutrients than a a solid meal. This means you can actually put on weight doing this. You are however, getting in more fruit and veg, and smoothies are a great way to add in superfoods

I use the one from the brand Vitamix and I love it!
I cook with turmeric but in smoothies I can’t take the bitterness.
I don’t have Fresh Alone Vera in Germany 🇩🇪

I’m going to try smoothies for a month, I never eat breakfast so it’ll be just lunch and dinner along with my normal exercise routine, I wonder how much I’ll drop in a month 😁
This is good. However, I noticed some of these smoothies are far too complicated, meaning, they have too many ingredients. I like to keep my smoothies and vegetable juices down to 3 ingredients max. But thanks for the video.

Is there anyway…. To sub the papaya. I just can’t. It’s not for me. The rest, even for a picky eater like me, looks GOOD!!

I thought you had to soak chia seeds before eating them
Maybe these smoothies would work if you break it down for 2-3 snacks throughout the day, not a smothie to make for every meal replacement. Or save some for the next day.
Mango is really high in sugar 😢 i would gain weight. I need to stay far far away from sugar.
