Ingredients:
* 500 g seitan
* 350 g carrots
* 600 g potatoes
* 200 g parsnips
* 150 g celery root
* 150 g parsley root
* 300 g pickled cucumbers
* 200 g donuts in vinegar
* 300 g green peas (from the jar)
* 150 g green olives
* 300-400 g vegan mayonnaise
* Salt
* Lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Boil unpeeled potatoes. Separately, peel the roots and steam them until a fork goes in easily.
2. Finely chop the pickles, donuts and seitan.
3. Add the peas, chopped olives and mayonnaise.
4. After the cooked vegetables are ready, let them cool almost completely. Finely chop all the cooked vegetables.
5. Add lemon juice, starting with the juice of half a lemon, then adjust to taste. Season with salt and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
6. For decoration, add a little mayonnaise on top, then use whatever you like: sliced pickles, olives, slices of boiled carrots, fresh parsley.
7. Refrigerate the salad for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Good appetite!
Tips:
* Seitan: You can use pre-made seitan or make it yourself at home. Choose a seitan with a firm texture that is still easy to mince.
* Vegetables: Make sure the vegetables are fresh and of good quality. You can adjust the amounts of each vegetable according to your preferences.
* Pickled cucumbers and pickled red peppers: Choose cucumbers and pickled peppers with a balanced taste that are not too sour or too salty.
* Olives: You can use any type of olives you prefer, be it green, black, Kalamata or others.
* Seasoning: Taste the salad after adding all the ingredients and adjust the amount of salt, lemon juice and vegan mayonnaise to taste.
* Serve the salad as an appetizer at a festive meal.

    Salut 👋 Seitan se găsește prin unele magazine naturiste, mai ușor se găsește pudra de gluten din care se poate prepara seitan. Mai exista metoda de spalare a făinii, puteți găsi un video cu aceasta varianta pe canalul nostru. Dacă doriți as putea sa pregătesc un video cu varianta care am utilizat-o in aceasta rețeta, mai exact din gluten pudra.
