Ingredients for sausages:
- 460 g of hydrated beans (or other grains such as chickpeas, soy...)
- 2 large boiled potatoes
- 60 g vegetable oil or coconut butter
- 30 g almond powder
- 80 g of rice flour
- 1 spoon of ketchup
- mix of spices (black pepper, sweet paprika, coriander, rosemary, turmeric, bay leaf powder)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
- salt
- onion garlic
- rice sheets
