Готовлю такое блюдо с давних времён, но в нашей семье вместо фасоли добавляют отварной, почти до готовности , рис , который потом « доходит» вместе с другими ингредиентами .

Летом готовлю так называемый летний плов: тушу овощи : капуста, кабачок, лук, морковь, сельдерей, помидорки, до испарения жидкости, добавляю зелень или любимые специи, чесночок, куркума, лаврушку,. Рис отвариваю отдельно( желательно, чтобы был рассыпчатый) и соединяю все ингредиенты и минут 5-7 на медленном огне они соединяют свои вкусовые качества. Когда жарко, то это блюдо идёт на ура! Запивать хорошим кефиром! Отлично все усваивается, лёгко и питательно! 👌
