Yass 👍 will definitely be doing this tomorrow morning (and probably many other mornings as with your various other warmup, mobility and stretching sequences) I really appreciate the continued reminders about building strength along with flexibility. Taking this holistic approach results in far fewer injuries 🤓🙌

First 8 min being with the head down I felt that is a bit too much but in rest is a nice stretch.
