As I moved, I asked myself how it was possible I've never quite done Lunge to Tripod and Twisted Dog, which felt wonderful. Also perfect for moving before sitting down to work on your PhD for the day! Grateful for this wonderful free content that somehow suits how I naturally want to/wish to move, which I've enjoyed off an on for a while. Hi André, I shoot with a GH5S in 4K so unsure why the definition isn’t as good for you. Is it just this video or others also?

@@TrainLikeaBallerina Hi! It is all of the videos. They only allow to choose 1080p or 1080p60 as maximum definition. Not 4k.
